    Average hotel at average rate. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. Food quality was good. Don't avail east side room with Windows facing Jessore road if you want a good sleep. Beware of earthquake like jolts whenever a heavy vehicle passes on the road.There was no mirror in the bathroom.Food quality was average.Staff was co operative.... More

    Fraud hotel - don't even visit

    We had booked for two luxury rooms and when we arrived - the hotel manager had a confused look and they discussed internally in Bengali and gave us the room. The room looks smaller than that is advertised in their website - (we booked direct from their own website). Post checkin when we compared the photos we found that it was a lower room which was rs 300 cheaper. When we asked about the same : the manager refused to entertain and called someone over the phone - claiming to be the next level manager- that person was very rude and told us that it's he who decides the grading of the room and said that the room given to us was now graded as luxury. We did not want to argue and spoil our vacation (we were just transiting via Kolkata) and paid the full money for luxury room which we did not get.     Fraud Hotel Avoid under all circumstances

    I had booked this hotel from 04th to 05th April. And had called to Mr Joy to confirm that I'll arrive on 05th early morning at 04:30 am and would leave by 12 as per checkout timing (Stay of only 7 hours), but when I called at 04:00 for hotel pick up as per my eligibility no one picked the call and I was forced to take a taxi and pay 350/- for the same. When I reached the hotel the front grill was locked and after shouting for 20 mins a staff came and told me that rooms are full. They had already sold my room to some one else. At front office I was told that I will have to wait till 11 am for the room, he was not listening to me when I told my check out will be 12:00 and which meant I will get the room for only ONE HOUR. He only agreed to give me room after I called up the goibibo hotline. And then also I was made to wait till 6:00 am and was given a room after one guest checked out. The room was readied in hurry and was dirty. As per the voucher and booking I had booked Executive Room with AC and was given a small room with out AC. When I requested fresh linen I was told that it would come only after 8:00 am. And then also no linen was provided. I had booked this hotel so that I could sleep for 7 hours (total hotel stay time) but could not sleep because of hot, dirty and smelly room.... More

    simple facilities, great service

    we landed at the airport at midnight and the staff were able to come and get us to go to the hotel. We had too much luggage..."no problem," the 2nd staff member in the car said, "I'll bring it with the next car." I was a little worried but 1/2 an hour after I checked in, I got a knock on the door with my extra suit case. Room is very simple and the place is built for airport transit only. But it does that job perfectly. Clean rooms, simple facilities, cheap enough compared to other places in the area and breakfast was cereal and sandwiches delivered to our room. The thing that set it apart was the service. All the staff spoke English well enough and seemed to genuinely want to help (unlike a lot of Indian hotels where the staff put on fake smiles and throw underhanded insults at you).     Airport stop off before flight

    We had an early flight and stayed here the night before. The area isn't great and even though they say they have a restaurant they actually went out to get takeaway for us from somewhere else which they brought to our room. The food was ok. They do have a free airport shuttle which will take you any time of night which is great, we left at 3:30am. This hotel basically does the job of you just need one night stay before an early flight. ... More

Overview

The Silverline Hotel, one of the business hotels in the city of Joy- Kolkata stands next to the airport. The two-storeyed hotel has 15 spacious rooms with open window facility for the guests to enjoy fresh breeze every morning. The hotel also boasts of smoking rooms. Equipped with a backup generator facility, the hotel also features free and ample parking space for guests to park their vehicles. Medical assistance, free newspaper in the lobby area and front desk assistance is also provided but for a limited time period. Guests can avail of warm hospitality and dine in the relaxing environment of the rooms with the help of room service which is provided for limited hours only.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
