    I stayed at this place in September 2016. Sadly Tripadvisor doesn't allow us to review places we visited more than year ago. Signature Crest is a decent property located off the Mahabaleshwar-Panchgani road, so quite easily accessible. Car parking is available, just on the streets in front of the property. The rooms were ok, could be a lot tidier in my opinion.I booked the Valley View room which had a balcony and gave a nice scenic view. The food was very good and for a first time visit, I was very happy with the deal for which I got this hotel. Despite visiting for the first time but on a budget, this hotel will not compromise on the views and if you chose the right time to visit Mahabaleshwar like the post monsoon time, it will definitely be worth it. However, I deduct 2 stars, one each for cleanliness that could be a lot better and an absence of elevator. The choice is yours to make.... More

    We visited this place expecting good hotel. It is pathetic. Owner has built 6-10 rooms very far from town and kept 2-3 staff members who don't know anything about hospitality. You won't get anything here. Only positive of this place is valley view and rooms are clean and new. Otherwise, you will be cursed by family members... If you still want to go..set these expectation and go.... More

    The valley view was awesome and the group did matter. Please go out and eat your food. If you are ordering food take it in writing. The staff is a confused lot. Their manager calls from some other place. Imagine this after all the discussion about what do we eat for dinner with the staff I actually rushed out at 1105 pm to Keys Evershine resort for dinner.... More

    great place to stay, staff are amazing, super helpful, beds were a bit hard for me but they found another wee foam pad and this was heaps better, I look forward to staying again, the stuff are highly involved with Janices Trust, a rescue animal shelter and they do such an amazing job, absolute privilege to meet them...     Pathetic Service. Not good for Family Visit

    We visited this place on 8th July 2016 for a weekend trip to Mahableshwar. We had a family of 8 members including 2 children. As we entered we found the location of the Hotel to be good with good valley view. However, as we spent more time, we had an overall harrowing experience at this place. To start with a) There is no formal reception at this hotel. You actually need to hunt for the manager to get to your rooms b) Frequent electricity failure with no generator back-ups. Especially in rains more than 50% of our time was without electricity c) Water is the most basic amenity you expect in a hotel. Unfortunately, there was no water supply between 9 am to 12 noon during our stay on Sunday. Hot water is a luxury to have at this hotel. d) Inadequately staffed. Even a drinking water or tea usually takes up to 45 minutes. There are 4-5 shabbily dressed staffed who keep running around e) Food options are limited. f) Call centre support : On complaining to Booking office in Mumbai- Dipali, instead of listening to your vows she starts defending the staff. Overall, it was a disgusting experience. Kindly avoid this hotel unless you have your own arrangements... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
