    I am really upset with this hotel especially the front office staff the ladies at the front office are very rude and they do not want to make you feel comfortable at all Staff hints for tips to a point you feel uncomfortable. Owners must look into this and fix it because the managers don't care We had 2 rooms and no one escorted us but after an hour when I went down o saw the same lazy lady walk some other couple to the room this type of profiling and preferential treatment is sad if you pay 10k a night Rooms aren't clean but dirty musty smelly ...     I stayed here for 3 nights and was very pleased with the hotel. The hotel though old is completely modern in all ways, seems continuously refurbished and kept with times. Lobby impressive and with an art gallery as part of the lobby was really something different. We stayed in a compact room , very well designed, superbly furnished and at the back side of the building. It faces some residential building. The food was superlative, especially the Indian. Do not miss the pastry shop deli, really nice. The hot dogs were great and so were the choice of confectionery which I had. Good pricing, friendly staff and overall an impressive hotel.... More

    The hotel is located on a busy road. Our bedroom overlooked it, but it didn't worry us at night too much. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was a good size, could do with a bit of an update, but it was clean. Our ensuite was small but adequate, always very clean. Again housekeeping checked each day to make sure everything was okay. Comfortable bed, with pillow selection menu. Fridge, tea/coffee facilities, free bottles of water, fan & AC. We even had a pair of bathroom scales and a free paper hanging on our bedroom door knob each morning. Free WiFi. Great cake shop/deli on premises. Restaurant was fine, food nice, included breakfast was adequate. No other restaurants nearby. We would be happy to stay here again... More

    Good hotel for a short stop-over in Mumbai

    Stayed for a couple of days here before travelling down to Goa. Location was okay - not much around in terms of shops/restaurants so we felt a little limited - it's also on a very busy road which was difficult to cross. The complimentary breakfast was also pretty limited for our western tastes. The room was perfectly fine, clean and modern, although it was very noisy and the street noise was pretty much nonestop throughout the night. Earplugs for sleeping were essential. The hotel staff were very nice and helped wherever possible with taxi's etc. There was also a nice looking cake shop within the hotel.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
