    I have visited goa with my family we booked 30083 hotel sapphire comfort same property suggests by oyo staff for 9 nove 19 check in and 11 nov 19 checkout. Never trust oyo property very worst service. 1. Welcome by dog sleeping in front of door at 2.00 pm in afternoon 2. Room was not clean 3. Seepage in rooms. 4. Cockroaches in room lobby lift washroom at bed also. 4. Drinking water not provided. We have purchased from out side . 5. Toiletry kit not available in washroom. We have made the several request for kit but not provided by staff. Then we have purchased from outside shop. 5. Breakfast limited option. No curd available with parattha 6. Coffee in breakfast was chargable. 7. Blanket n bed sheet was dirty. Used bed sheet n blanket provided by staff.... More

    I had a stay of about 4 days in December 2018. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff service had to be called in for each time for water bottles every morning and also the cleaning team needed to be informed each day separately. However, on the positive side, this hotel is just opposite the Margaon Bus stand and thus located at a place where you can have access to everything. The staff was helpful. Breakfast served had limited menu, good food but limited stuff. Each day, the menu was same. The rooms have bigger transparent windows which is really good. The AC, TV and other equipmenst were all iin working conditions. The washroom was clean and had access to hot and cold water every time.... More

    rooms were spacious and neat with all amenities, morning breakfast is not that good, they should improve the food quality because when i went for brekfast at 9.30 breakfast was about to close and no one was their to guide or receive they shoud keep one waiter their to look after the guest , front desk team is really good and quick, will definitely visit again...     My stay at hotel is for two nights but due to some situation I have to go home early so I requested them to refund my second night money the hotel refuse to give they said booking is done online and make my trip is responsible for the refund and make my trip said that you have paid directly in hotel so it’s hotel responsibility to refund money Such a bad bad experience with this hotel and near fish market the bad smell is in each part of hotel and the environment in surrounding was also not good.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
