    I stayed in this hotel in June 2017 for 4 days. The hotel is located in a prime location, Very close to railway stations and some prime attractions. However, the room was in a poor condition. The bed was broken, walls in bad shape, crockery cutlery used in serving breakfast was just useless. Despite my complaining to room service nothing changed. The travel desk was another story. I booked a cab for a full day to go to Mahabalipuram and Knachipuram. The cab came on time. I was happy, after I sat in the cab and the travel desk guy disappeared the driver took me to a petrol pump to fill in petrol. I had to pay for the petrol. No problems, now I thought we will be on our way but the driver took me to some workshops as his tyre was punctured. I lost one precious hour. I was told that the driver was proficient in English and knew all the places that I was going to. This was a blatant lie. The driver had very poor understanding of English and very little knowledge of Kanchipuram. Well the only plus point was that the breakfast was excellent on all 4 days, despite the lousy way of serving or staff. Yes not to forget mentioning the view from my room was excellent. The management should make sure that they check the reviews to know the reality of their hotel. I really feel pained to put this hotel at average but that is waht they deserve.... More

    Had stayed for a day. Very close to central.rooms and linen were clean. Bathroom and accessories were Good. Though reached at 3.30, had to wait for 10 minutes to get my room organised. Cannot comment on food since I didn't dine there... More

    We visited this hotel for attending family function in the Banquet hall and few rooms were blocked for the guests. The rooms are neat and tidy and comfortable and well-maintained. Easy access to hotel from Central Railway station and Egmore station. Banquet halls are well organized for a gathering of 150 people. Rates are not very high. Service can be more better.... More

Overview

This 3 Star hotel is strategically located near Egmore and Central Railway Station. It has 105 centrally air-conditioned rooms to choose from. Guests can relax at the 24 hrs coffee lounge, or simply visit the roof-top barbecue area. A gymnasium and yoga/ayurvedic sessions can be utilized for rejuvenation. Corporate travelers are also provided with a boardroom and banquet halls namely the Rendenz and the Pavilion that can accommodate about 100-600 people.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
