    Pathetic stay of my life

    The room was not at all looks like the rooms shown in the pictures, so bad ambience, poor smell of damping, walls has issues of damping and layers has fallen down, washroom is quite quite small, furniture was so old, there is no cupboard in the room, flies and mosquitoes are the residents of rooms, so after all this we have requested to upgrade the rooms the have luckily upgrade the property of their own but allotted lowest segment of room to us, where all the previous issues are same and new issues were added in the list: Ibibo said that hotelier will upgrade the room without taking any extra cost but at the time of check-in they have asked us 2000 rs. Additional for upgradation of room. After the long an tiring journey we finally decided to compromise because we do not want to spoil our Goa trip but below are the things which kept me writing this long review about both the properties: Entrance door height is 5.4 feet. Room height is 7 feet. Washroom ceiling height is 6 feet, I can not even stand there. Some insects are there in washroom. But story doesn’t ends here, we asked for the clean blankets they have denied to provide us, we asked for the clean towels they have denied us. I am a frequent traveller and I never written such a big review for anything in my lifetime but now you guys can imagine how frustrating and harassing experience it was. Kindly do not even think about RIVASA COMFORT, RIVASA RESORT OR ANY OTHER RIVASA PROPERTY ANYWHERE IN GOA. I am not sure about the PAN India. I might be missing some of my more bad experiences, I guess.... More

    Worst place ever!

    This is the worst place ever. Don’t let the location fool you, as that’s the only good thing about it. We booked 5 rooms at around 1500 per room per night and we regretted the minute we entered. Place is dirty and it stinks. Service is pathetic. Food is seriously bad. I upgraded my room from the ugly basic (as it was in hole) and had bedbugs to a deluxe room. In the Deluxe room, Bathroom was leaking and bed sheets were dirty. This hotel was so dirty that they provided us a blanket with dried booger. Guys don’t go here if you don’t want to ruin your holiday all together. Good part: some convenience due to location Bad Part: everything. Will never stay here again! Hope nobody else does We were 5 couples with 5 children.... More

    Not meant for a pleasant seamless stay

    The rooms are filthy and not cleaned up. Too many cockroaches. They made me wait for 3 hrs when I checked it at 3.30 PM, though I had requested them earlier to keep the room ready and the check-in time was 11 AM. The TV didn't work and they couldn't fix it, though they are charging me for it. The dustbin was broken. The bed linens were dirty. AC needed to be fixed. First, they asked me to check-in in a room where the washroom was filled with human potty as they didn't clean up and it was not flushed. There were too many power cuts and had to stay without power till the power cut for the whole night as they didn't have a proper power back up. They didn't even turn the generator on and tried saving their money and claimed they ran out of diesel. The first room they couldn't turn the television on in a whole day and the AC didn't have a remote and had a broken dustbin. After much complaining, they transferred me to a better room the next day. This new room at least everything worked barring the blanket had a few cockroaches and the room there were a few which disturbed your night sleep by flying on top of you while you are sleeping. Though they mentioned they had done a pest control but I doubt that as another room was filled with cockroaches. The manager Bobby is a very nice person and tried his best to mitigate things but he had limitations as the owners are shrewd and do not want to invest in this hotel and focussing on just minting money rather than providing any services. The other staffs were kind enough but the lack of enthusiasm showed they are frustrated with the hotel management, probably because they are not getting paid properly. Additionally, to get your work done in the hotel you need to tell the staff repeatedly for the outcome. However, as mentioned the manager is kind and helpful and is a nice person with his own limitations. Don't stay. Horrible hotel. Poor service.... More

    Goa's worst hotel

    This is goa's baddests hotel ever, if you see in app's and websites hotels show you breakfast free, you see the swimming pool and many facilities, and you real seen is there is poor facilities of everything, no break fast, and you cant see the swimming pool,. please do not booked this hotel, dharmshala is batter than this.... The property is just 5 mins walkable to the beach, The Rivasa Resort is situated in a close proximity to best restaurants, shopping streets and major tourist attractions. It has an in-house restaurant serving different cuisines to dine in. This beachfront property offers breakfast service to its patrons.Each room is equipped with amenities such as grooming mirror, split AC, premium bedding, clean water, flat-screen TV and attached bathroom with bath amenities. The Rivasa Resort has a swimming pool and parking area within the premises. Round the clock room service, concierge service and transportation service is also offered by the property. Bicycle can be arranged on rental basis (additional charge).This property in Goa is 38 km from Goa International Airport and 49 km away from Madgaon Railway Station. Places worth visiting are Baga Beach (2 km), Candolim Beach (4 km), Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church (15 km) and Fort Aguada (4 km).


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
