    During a sudden business trip, manage to get accommodation in Residency, other hotels were sold out on that day. Residency is located conveniently near western expressway and about 15 min from Airport. Rooms are comfortable but no option for Smoking room. No other amenities than a small restaurant. Breakfast menu has limited choice and preparation is no so great. Dinner menu is average by spread as well as taste. However food prices are comparatively reasonable priced and less... More

    One of the best Hotels. The trip from airport is roundabout a half hour. The breakfast was perfect and the service also. I test last time a lot of hotels but i must say the westin hotels must have normally a half star more than all other 5 stars. Friendly clean service perfect. I like.... More

    Good for transit, excellent service

    Right from the time I booked the hotel through telephone till I checked out, one thing I liked about the hotel was good approach of their people. They were clear in what they can provide and what they shall not. But, they delivered well on what they promised. Airport pickup was well arranged for on T2. Check in process was smooth too when I reached late in the evening. Room was of good size for an airport hotel in Mumbai. Early morning, they arranged most of buffet breakfast spread at least 30 minutes before service was scheduled. Menu was limited but food was good. Again, check out and transfer to airport was smooth. Only thing not so nice is locality outside the hotel but service and staff attitude can more than makeup for this shortfall. I took less than 15 minutes from airport terminal T2 but allow 30 minutes during day traffic times.... More

    Clean and bright rooms! Courteous Staff…..

    I had stayed at the Residency, Andheri East Mumbai long back. When my customer said about this venue, I was hoping there would be some changes. I am glad some things didn’t change like the organized reception and the Front office team, quick check-in, bright and clean rooms, the powerful gush of water in the bathroom, the spotless lighting etc. But I am disappointed that many things didn’t change. The quality of the food and the choice of menu makes you sick. I wonder how everyday they can have Mushrooms in the menu. May be the hotel has a Mushroom Farm. And when they cannot handle multiple conferences, why do they sell? During breakfast and lunch the small restaurant is like a fish market or a South India Tiffin Centre and each one is trying to grab his or her morsel of food. Today in an average street side café they serve bottle water, but here they don’t. The toaster needs to be placed in a museum and is outdated. The restaurant is so crammed during lunch they place the dessert outside in the lobby. And the staff at the Restaurant are insensitive to the guests and we shamelessly have to remind about refills which never came on some occasions. Approach to the hotel from the Western Express Highway is through narrow and crammed road. Well once you get in to the hotel it is different though. The complimentary internet speeds are good. The hotel fails to instil confidence to a business traveller like me the in terms of laundry and quality of food. There are some good restaurants around on Andheri West side, but access is tough given the one-ways and traffic challenges. If only the Residency improves its offering of food and other things, one can think of coming back!... More

    I was told this is a very bad hotel but when I checked in it wasnt that bad. The location is probably not great but the room was spacious. No problems for commute as you could get to anywhere in the Mumbai from here... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
