    Beautiful hotel dedicated to hospitality

    Stayed here for one week during a recent business trip. The rooms were gorgeous and well appointed. Nice gym and infinity pool on the top floor. Very well located near the city center and only a five minute walk to the nearest subway station. Easy to get transportation with an auto rickshaw stand close by and uber (or your ride sharing app of choice) a click away. What stood out was the hospitality and amazing and varied buffets available from breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with to order dosas and other snacks. Just a few minor complaints. No hot water for the shower twice though it was fixed quickly with a call to the front desk. A few nights I had mosquitos in my room which was alleviated when I kept my bathroom fire close.     The stay was comfortable and pleasant. Compliments to the staff- Mr Murali, In this line of work, understood his customers well and provided customer centric-good-service. Mr Karthik, the person who served us at the South Indian restaurant is able to cater to our kids appetite needs. He recommended the right dishes and my kids enjoyed the scrumptious ghee and cheese dosas. Ms Viji and Mr Vicknesh, are helpful and suggested delicious meals according to our preference. Luscious appams are a good try. Mr Kumar, who looks after the swimming pool maintains the place very well and he converses well with kids while watching over their safety. Mr Ravi, who transferred our luggage and extra bed provided excellent service and was informative. He recommended us great places to visit. Special thanks to Mr Kamal. Mr Amrick Singh, Chef of Punjabi restaurant Is a cheerful and a humble person. He went to each guest to ask for their feedback on the dishes. Navratan Korma, flavorsome curry was superb and it went well with garlic and plain naan. Lastly, Mr Dhinesh the associate director of rooms, listened to our feedback patiently and responded to our requests. He was professional and rectified the issues at hand promptly. Thank You.     Great place to hold a multi day conference

    My group had physicians flying in from the US and all over India for a week long conference. The Raintree's banquet team (esp. Mr Nagesh, Karthik. Dhanu and Bala) was excellent in working with us to get all our hall setups, AV and IT needs met, and kept up with our changing requests every day. The food they served was excellent (compliments to Chef Umapathy) and everyone that stayed at the Raintree liked the rooms, (doubles and suites). Giving complimentary plates of fresh fruit was a nice touch and much appreciated. The only complaints are: 1) one day the hot water ran out quickly but that could have been the fact that the hotel was at capacity most of the time we were there and 2) sometimes it was hard to flag down waiters in the cafe, but aside from that, would highly recommend this venue for a business conference as well as personal travel....     I spent four days in Raintree annasalai this January with my family and this was not our first time. Our previous stay was delightful enough to bring us back again. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
