    Ultra modern & only 45 minutes from the airport. Clean, comfortable streamlined rooms with nice toiletries & furnishings. The standard of service was excellent except for the waitrers, who were absolutely useless in both the Madras the Kitchen restaurants. The food, however, was excellent in both of the restaurants that we tried and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous with endless choice.     Stayed 1N & 2 D. Staff is polite generally. Hotel is clean. Room size is good for a couple or one kid family even if you take deluxe room. Cannot say all staff maintain the quality, pool man appeared to be a bit grumpy, saying so many rules. When my wife ordered a beer at pool he is looking like ' what?' But when he understand she is a foreigner the whole scenario and the attitude changed to positive. Those mediocre culture was not expected from a hotel of this standard. Food is good. The buffet breakfast is excellent. But the dinner is much overpriced. With GST , service charges and GST for service charges will cost you more than 4k for a normal buffet dinner even without drinks. If you are rich not to consider above point, don't consider. Then about TV in room is small and old, just a small flat TV. Then the balcony showing in advertising is not with deluxe rooms, and they are opening to a courtyard not to openly outside and I believe those in smoker's rooms. If you choose for ordering to pool or room, most of the time it may take 30- 45 mins. The swimming pool on top is very good and clean. Good view also. But it is 4 ft pool all long. There are no life jackets or child lifejackets available. There is no kids pool also. So if you are coming with kid you may have to bring kids lifejacket of your own. The pool man have a rule book about the dress to wear to pool, but he don't have anything like the preferred dress for buying or as complimentary. Rules are plenty in his pocket. Except a few small unpleasant notes which you may not face every time this is a nice hotel in the price range. The most amazing help was they are allowing early early checking of about 2 hours and late check out of about 4 hours according to room availability. And the staff and very polite and helpful generally. I will really consider the hotel on my next visit to chennai and if so will check out the pool once more....cheers... More

    i was stayed here in last month, my stays was very comfortable, this is the one of the best hotel in chennai where u will see the lobby to room and all around are tidy and cleaned. all r well maintained.all staffs are very cooperative .i cant remind the names of the staff,but all r doing good jobs. esp santosh from housekeeping is very helpfull and soft spoken person. at last i want to say thanks again good job keep it up... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
