Had a wonderful time here very quiet and relaxing. Family run . Hosts were lovely and kindly invited us to celebrate their son's first birthday party on our final night. Everybody was friendly and helpful giving us suggestions on where to visit. Very happy and will return.
Average hotel, cordial owner
on Dec 28, 2017
The cottage setting seemed attractive and they were beautiful to look from outside and inside. Downside was lack of in house restaurant, no staff for room service, cramped space in the room and the bathroom. Glass enclosure door was not working properly. Cleaning staff had not replenished the toilet roll, accidental locking of toilet door from inside entailed having to call the owner for key. Overall, an average experience.
Great Hotel, quiet location

I came here during monsoon, and there was nothing else to do beside just sleep and go to the beach. Most restaurants in this area also closed during monsoon.
The hotel itself was really clean and unique. I was impressed by the interior inside the lodge. You will need to rent bike also cos you can't just walk anywhere. If you like more crowded place, you can stay in other area in Goa like Calangute or Anjuna.

Stayed at the Rainbows end for 5nights at the Cottages. The wooden cottages are Very cozy. They are equipped with air conditioning, fan, mini refrigerator and water heater. Also, has a pool in front of the Cottages. The owners are very helpful and always ready to help with a smile. The beach is near by and there are a few eating joints just around the corner. Since it was off season most of the restaurants were closed.
Experience Goa differently with The Rainbow's End, Majorda
on Jul 8, 2017
Nestled in the sleepy little south Goan village of Majorda, The Rainbow's End is truly a treat for travelers in Goa looking beyond the usual crowded beaches and noisy clubs of North Goa.
The property itself is clean and green and is equipped with a swimming pool. The cottages, 4 in all, are quite tastefully done and feel very homey. Siddharth and Lovey, the wonderful hosts, take a lot of pains to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
With the beautiful Majorda beach just a 5 minute walk away, and nice restaurants like Pentagon and Da Tita's not too far, fine dining and soothing walks on the beach are within reach. If you need to pick up any other regular stuff (biscuits, water, wine etc.), there's also a bunch of department stores ("supermarkets") nearby. But be warned, all shops close for lunchtime so try to schedule your shopping trips before 1.30 PM or after 3.30 PM.
For the art lovers, there's a special treat as Carpe Diem, a noted art gallery cum cafe, is right next door. Do check out their collection of paintings and try their cold coffee.
For getting around, the best option is renting a scooty. If that doesn't work for you, taxis are available on hire but may be quite expensive (2500 per 8 hrs). A local bus service to the nearby towns is also available. If you want to rent a self driven car, better to do so from Vasco Da Gama near the airport from established providers like zoomcar or myles.
