    The property is on CG road, which is in the heart of the city. The rooms are quite spacious, neat and clean. They have two property which are adjustment to each other.The breakfast is served at Zaffron restaurant and had a decent spread . The quality and taste was fine .     I visited during August 2019. First thing I did not like was the presence of lousy hotel staff. They did not even know how to swipe a card. They had to borrow a working swiping machine from the other hotel on other side of the road. The reception desk was unaware that, they should provide the invoice or bill during the time of check out.     Had a terrorisng experience and hence want to create awareness

    - The corridors of the hotel are lit with zero size bulbs, where it is difficult to even see the key hole after dark. - The doorbell to my room was not working , this is after they have shifted to me a superior room , cause their corridors were dark - Next morning at around 8 am – I was just about getting dressed, when one of the hotel boys walked into my room with a master key , without even knocking  He said he didn’t know the room was occupied . Incidentally this is the same boy who carries my luggage to the room the night before  He was neither carrying the housekeeping tray nor anything else. Please explain why was he walking in . ( all this is visible on the supposed cameras in the lobby)  The occupancy list had my name on it , he was aware of the fact yet walked in with a master key in single females room  Had to throw my weight around and threaten police action at the lobby to get attention to even lodge a complaint and speak to the GM.  Mr.Khosla the CEO apologised for the event The concern is not the apology post the event but the nightmare faced before. It’s a high risk place cause staff is unprofessional, there is no heed to bare minimum standards of lighting, coupled with weak key management process.... More

    Good stay, once they fixed the internet

    When I got there, there was no internet at all except in the lobby. I complained, complained, complained. They sent two staff to play with my laptop, but nothing really worked. It seemed fairly clear to me the problem was that there was no signal on my floor. It was not my computer's problem. Finally, after 1.5 days, it worked. Normally, I wouldn't care that much, but I need to do work and I needed the internet to do that work. Finally, it was fixed and the manager was very nice to me and for my final day, the internet was strong and reliable.... More

The President A Boutique hotel is centrally air-conditioned & located 4kms from the Sabarmati Ashram. The hotel houses 42 luxuriously appointed rooms for accommodation across 4 floors with elevator facility & serves gourmet meals at the restaurant. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 09 AM and the standard check-out time is 09 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
