    I have stayed in this hotel many times as a corporate booking. However the staff is very new i think so. They dnt understand english well. I had colleagues with me who can only speak english so it was a language barrier. Rooms are also old and bath tub were broken. The dining area orders were delayed so much. We have to ask several times to check for our order. Breakfast is nice.... More

    Stayed for more than a week time for a business trip but really find it pathetic. Not worth 6000 -7000 per night. One can't find any thing maintained, either rooms will not be cleaned daily or bedsheets or linens will not be changed even after 5 day... laundry service highly pathetic while its highly priced. No solution even after complaining to front office or any supervisor or floor incharge. This hotel is serviving because of disc and pub-bars. Wastage of money and time... More

    This review is based on several visits in peninsula grand Mumbai. Entire staff is pathetic,their services are low class and third grade. Staff will never co operate with you not even for smallest request. Restaurant staff including their managers will never co operate with you. Their IT people will make you wait for 3 hrs n more for one small work of 2 mins. Their new way to embarrass their guest is marvelous. First they will not keep few stuff in your room for mini bar then while checking out they ll ask you pay for all those products they will keep you waiting untill they don't confirm again and again.if you don't want to feel embarrass in front of others then you pay and go or else they ll say it was by mistake sorry. I would say oyo services are much better than peninsula grand Mumbai. Or Next time they ll try another way to embarrass you.... More

    Its an average hotel. Nothing extraordinary in it. Food is mediocre. Place is clean though. Staff is a bit rude...A girl dosed off in the lobby..and they woke her up to say no sleeping allowed. I didnt understand how a person who might be really tired can harm the decor of the hotel. 😅... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
