    Good value for money

    I spent 10 nights in this hotel and I found it well above average. The biggest downside was the entertainment team. On a day when the weather was dull, they did not even show their faces. On other days, apart from a 5 minutes performance at 10am they were literally non-existent. Instead of engaging with guests, they were just talking to each other. I could often see them in groups queuing for food, drinks or ice cream. I think it's not right to allow them to have lunch with guests if they don't even make an effort to engage with them during the day, while other staff cannot use the restaurants. The circus and the Cuban dance show on 8 October was cancelled without notice. Guests only realised the shows were not taking place when they turned up to the amphitheatres with the lights off. Positives: Nice food and a good selection of dishes. Most evenings there is a theme (e.g. Turkish, Italian, Wok, Mexican). Efes beer on tap and a reasonable variety of other drinks. Well maintained hotel grounds and clean rooms. Dining experience in the a la carte restaurants (1 free visit included in each of the three restaurants). Evening entertainment - Fire of Africa, Magic Show, Turkish Folk Show, Brazilian Fever, etc. Drinks served between 10am and 1am. Food served between 7am and 9.00pm. Sandy beach with plenty of sunbeds. Non-smoking area by the pool - should do the same on the beach and especially amphitheatres should be non smoking. Overall, good value for money. Negatives: Guests tend to reserve sunbeds on the beach with towels during the night leaving people in the morning without available sunbeds. Same happens in the restaurant and the amphitheatres. The hotel has a policy not to allow this and this should be enforced. I sometimes removed any towels left there overnight and used the sunbed of my choice, nobody could really complain about it. The public wifi is very slow in the evening due to high demand. There is a workaround though - go to the Pegasus Club lobby where for some reason there was hardly anyone in the evening. The pool bar (Ada Bar) and the beach bars do not have alcoholic drinks (apart from beer). Staff smoke in offices (e.g. reception) and staff rooms (e.g. next to room 2109) and the smell also enters the public areas.... More

    Our favorite hotel in Turkey

    We would like to say big thank you to the whole team of Pegasos Resort hotel. We have been there this summer in the period 15.-29.08.2017 with our small 3 years old son. Unfortunatelly our son got koksaki virus and we had to stay 5 days in hospital. After our return to the hotel we were welcomed so nice and friendly and we felt there like at home, like with our family. We were very satisfied with all the services, with nice room, excellent beach, great food, it is pitty that we couldn¨t really "enjoy" the whole vacation, but we are very happy that our son alived... Big thank you for your nice attituted Abdurrahman and Seda and also to Selin. You all are doing the great work and you really make people happy and smile. Thank you for everything and hope that we will see you soon, because we will definitely come back. Lots of greetings from Prague from Jana & David & Tomáš... More

    Just good hotel

    Our family spent a vacation at the Pegasos Resort hotel for 8 nights in the end of august. Transfer from Antalya airport takes about 2.5 hours. The hotel is pretty clean. Our room was good, with side sea view. Pegasos Resort hotel has a common territory with two more hotels (Pegasos Royal and Pegasos Club). In high season the hotel have not enough sun loungers on the beach. This is just ordinary 5 star hotel for a peaceful rest.... More

    Fantastic place. Lovely people.

    Lovely hotel. Great pools - all 8 of them! Waterslides were fun. At this time of year plenty of loungers both under cover or in the sun. Beach was beautiful again with plenty of loungers. Food was good with plenty to choose from. The rooms were a good size. Ours had a seperate little area with a couple of sofas in which was nice. The maids always left them them nice and clean. The staff where lovely and friendly especially Umut in the restaurant who made us feel so welcome remembering exactly what our drinks were and nothing was too much trouble. Although primarily this is more for families with kids clubs etc as a couple we still had a great time. Perhaps the only thing I would say is it would be good if they reinstated the pool bar so we could just swim over to get a drink rather than having to get out of the pool.     Nice place and the best beach on the seashore

    Hotel is located on the 1-st line on the seashore near Avsallar town. It has big, beautiful green area (Pegasos Resort is situated in the center, between two other hotels: Pegasos Royal and Pegasos Club). There are many pools with a lot of entertainments and activities for adults and children. The hotel staff are friendly and mostly professional. The beach is perfect. It is long and wide with nice sand. An ideal position for the morning runs along the sea. Sea water is perfectly clean. Food in the main restaurant is very good: tasty and fresh. As for me, there wasn't enough Turkish sweets on the table )) There are three Al-a-carte restaurants: Turkish, Italian and Asian. I had standard town-view room. Room is big light and tidy with a balcony. Bathroom equipped with shower cabin. And some negative moments: sometimes the beach towels were in not good condition, there was the trouble with wi-fi at the hotel: free wi-fi zone was only in lobby, and sometimes there were no places here and the internet connection was very bad (I think, this shouldn't be a problem nowadays).... Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
