    The Orange House people sent us a taxi to Goa airport for Rs.1300 which was fair enough for a mid night travel. We were 3 and we reached the stay and we were given a room in the 2nd floor where the AC and TV wasn't working. We informed them then they gave us another room in the 1st floor which had a proper working of TV and AC but the room was small compared to the one which we were already staying. We got 2 Fasinos for traveling purpose where the petrol indicator wasn't working in one of them. We were charged 1000 bucks per day. The pics sent by the management were different from what we went and experienced. The blankets weren't clean enough and the floor was so sticky. It was an unexpected feel after seeing the pictures and all. The stay is bit inside that will make you roam around for your tea and coffee if you crave for it. ... More

    A nice two storey hotel with wifi,fridge,and AC rooms are also available. It is nearest to Baga beach and Anjuna beach in North Goa. The room costs are feasibile for any middle class family. Preferrable by friends.... More

    Rude behaviour of the owner

    Me and my friends went around Christmas, and on the last day which WAS Christmas we got 10 minutes late in returning the vehicles to the owner Jordan. This resulted in him screaming at us on top of his voice and rude behaviour which is not expected by guests who are paying and have not caused any other inconvenience. In fact he charged us for the whole day because we exceeded the time by 10-15 minutes. All he had to do was charge us for perhaps half a day, and maintain a decent stance. Shouting at guests in public shows his lack of professionalism and spitefulness. He also claimed that we had been lying and did not follow the deadline. He got the money, and got away with ruining our day. Despite this, I contacted him again when I needed to stay, and was met with no response. It is safe to say, that I wont be staying in Orange house, and would prefer a nicer person even if the facilities are not nice.... More

    This place is excellent, we originally only booked one night, but we have decided to stay here for the rest of our time in Goa. We also had a mate coming to join us, and instead of making him get a room to himself they have moved us to a bigger room with three beds so we can all be together and save on cost!! The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful the rooms are huge for the money with balconies, there is a fridge in the room, and the bed is huge!! You will not be disappointed if you stay here... Overview

Located in Anjuna, this budget property offer 10 charming rooms, including two apartments. It is maintained with a travel desk, where guests can also hire a scooter or a motor bike for sightseeing. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
