    Had been to Mumbai for business purpose with my husband. Found Ontime hotel to be well located n reasonably priced as we were out most of d time. The rooms were okaish..decor was average. But my problem was with d bathroom. The shower section had no partition so the whole bathroom use to be wet after showers n looked extremely dirty. Even D room floors got wet after we stepped out of the bathroom. Another point , they had no tea/coffee facility in d rooms. The buffet breakfast was OK but ala carté dishes were very spicy. I hope D management take more care about their bathrooms in d future. All d best. ... More

    We were given this option instead of Sai Leela Grand and since it was just for night stay before a flight we agreed. The hotel is on the first floor. The housekeeping looks grumpy. The front office is alright. The room was smelly as the carpets weren't cleaned well. Small bathroom. Room was spacious. Not suited for a holiday. Ok for a night stay before a flight. There is a 24 h restaurant on the ground floor. Did not check it out though. They have pick up and drop off from the airport and this is useful as the distance is close from the airport.... More

    too much road traffic noises in the hotel rooms, needs sound proofing, otherwise great place with renewd infra at very reasonable rates for business people and even families who are on a travel spree...... More

    I stayed number of times in this hotel. I am personally familiar with all staff members and they also familiar with me. personally no issue of any services in this hotel. full number give. its enough to say something for same hotels.... More

    I stayed here on last week of Dec 2016. This hotel was on 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor of one complex. Ground floor you may see some electronics shops & breakfast room for the hotel. Cleanness is poor. I stayed in king size room. Their bed sheet smells bad. Toilet cleanness was average. Running hot water is not hot. Over all, it is not worth for money.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
