O hotel probably is one of the worst hotel one could stay in. I had checked in on 3rd of Jan 2020 for two nights. Once I checked in the nightmare began. The was constant fluctuation in the electricity and the lights would just go off in the evening and it would be pitch dark in the room with not generator runnings as well and this didn’t happen once it happened atleast 4-5 times. Then the Staff was highly in cooperative and rude in talking. It was like the hotel was doing me a favor by giving me a room to stay in. So I decided to check out the next day . The night mare doesn’t end there. The hotel was suppose to give a refund for one night which generally takes 2-3 working days to reflect and it’s been 10 days and I still haven’t got the refund. Everytime I call the hotel they put me on hold and don’t get back and keep transferring the lines to random people. My piece of advice stay away from this hotel. Even oyo rooms have better staff than this hotel
Bad quality food

I visited O hotel Pune for lunch with my cousin and her 10 month old daughter .
We ordered chicken biryani and non veg platter and asked to make less spicy .
However the biryani has less rice and chicken and filled with whole green chillies , after complaining the person got some dry rice to add . It was stale . The portion would not suffice even one person .
Coming to non veg platter it was a mixture of sweet and very spicy kebabs , bad taste and no quality . Didn’t expect this from a hotel a like O
And if that was not enough , I had stomach upset , severe nausea after eating the food .
Totally bad experience.

We chose this hotel as the venue for our wedding and we were not disappointed. The entire team under the leadership of Mr. Manoj Menon, Mac & Hitesh made us feel like we are at home. We usually hear that the Ambience at a 5 star hotel is amazing but the food is equally bad, trust me this was not the case with The O hotel, Pune. The food was authentic and enjoyed by all our guests. Kudos to the chef and Mr. Menon's team who spent countless hours discussing the menu with us and even stretching to provide us with the options they usually don't provide. This place is a must visit for all foodies. Would strongly recommend having the Maharashtrian Food (If you're attending a Mahrashtrian Wedding) and the Galouti Kebab at the Rooftop Restaurant, The Adda.
Mac & Hitesh helped us with the arrangements and the room allocation, it was smooth as butter. The service was quick and the team was genuinely warm to all our guests. They were on their toes ensuring the guests weren't disappointed.
The team treated us like Family, you don't see this often.
Thank you again Mr. Menon to you and your entire team for making our Wedding even more special, it wouldn't have been the same without the effort of the entire staff. Hoping to visit again soon (as we discussed) on our 1 year Anniversary :)

It's one of the amazing hotel having Amazing stay and rooms.
The Pool and restaurant combination is amazing
You can deep your legs in Cold water and enjoy Dinner.
Rooms are also nice and having good interiors and space mechanism done by architect to fit things in minimum place to make it look maximum big room.

I’ve been there a number of times over the years. This time may have convinced me to not return. A friend and I ordered a bottle of wine from the drink menu. It was not a cheap wine. We saw the price was 3500 rupees and accepted. After an hour we ordered one more bottle. When the bill came each bottle was 1000 more rupees at base price. We said no, that’s not what we saw in the menu, when we first ordered. So they brought a menu over and sure enough it said the price the bill reflected, not the original price we saw.
Money was not the issue, the fact that all of a sudden each bottle was 1000 more was. Their explanation was that we were given an old drink menu and they were sorry but the price was the higher one in the computer billing system.
I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was sorry for the mistake but would not reduce the price to the one we originally saw and agreed to. After expressing my discontent a few times he said he would bring ya a few cocktails to make up the difference. I wasn’t interested in the additional drinks, I just wanted to pay the price we saw in the original menu. That never happened though and I have to say I was disappointed in the whole ordeal.
The others aspect is that the rooftop was really dirty that night with very few choices for seating. I was rather surprised to see the condition it was in compared to the times I had been there before.
I really hope they can do better in the future, it’s a nice spot.
