    The service in poor. Hot water not available most of the time. Didn't received breakfast after ordering for 2 times. They turned off air conditioner without any orior notice and didn't turned it in after complaining over phone. Then we have to go to the reception. But quality of the room is good.... More

    An ordinary budget hotel

    Hello friends! I am yet again writing another review sharing my recent experience of my stay at New Delhi I went there a week ago for a business trip my with my boss and we booked the hotel on oyo rooms. It was a fairly priced budget hotel located near the New Delhi station at Paharganj although the hotel had average room and it was of ok kind. The breakfast was very ordinery overall it was just a budget stay. The only advantage that this hotel has is its location which is very very near to New Delhi station just have to cross the road in order to reach there. Issues we have identified during our stay, was noisy AC broken TV remote and broken bathroom accessories that made our life a bit difficult although there was shower in the bathroom but it was not perfect The Other bathroom components were also not in good shape although the bathroom was sizable the room was also fairly sized, the bed was just good for sleeping it was not very comfortable. The hotel is also located at the heart of Paharganj so if you want to do some shopping it is one of the suitable places the disadvantage is this hotel is is situated in a narrow lane so you have to walk considerably in order to reach there you cannot have a car or taxi as the lane is too narrow for it.     OK to stay for a short hotel

    I stayed in the hotel for 03 days in the month of January 2015. It's a very affordable hotel and prices are negotiable. Approach is little tricky as it's located a little inside and not on the main road. Hotel Room and Food is OK but there was some construction was going on due to which there was too much noise during the day. Also there is no Wi Fi and some rooms are a little smelly.... More

    davvero un hotel scadente...purtroppo sui migliori siti di prenotazione si vedono foto di camere che sicuramente non appartengono a questo hotel! Dopo aver visto alcune stanze (tutte luride con lenzuola mazzate di sangue e altri strani liquidi) abbiamo deciso di andarcene!   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
