    We stayed overnight. It is good place for airport transfers and value for money. Simple but good rooms and easy to locate as on mount road. You can visit nearby places for shopping within 5 to 10 km by local train / metro / bus / taxi. Airport transfer vehicle available with hotel on request in advance. Cooperative staff with cloak room to keep luggage post check out in case of necessity to manage check in check out timings. Sravana bhavan nearby within 500 meters for local food test. ... More

    Nice location & breakfast buffet. Rooms need upkeep

    Location - on the main road & close to the airport. Rooms - not up market. Will not wow you, but just fine for a short 1 or 2 night stay. Rooms have AC & a small TV Price - Just about fine. Scope for better rooms at this price point. Service - prompt & quick. Restaurant - available on site. Breakfast - part of room booking. Best part of the stay. Decent spread, mostly South Indian flair. You could get your cereal, eggs & toast. Parking - not sure! Tip - If you do not like road noise, ask for rooms in the inner side of the hotel. Will be helpful if you can make friends with a few odd mosquitoes. ... More

    If you want to sleep, don't stay at this place. My photo shows just how close the planes fly to the hotel. Beyond insane! This happened every 10 minutes or less until 1.00 AM and started up again at 4.00 AM.... More

    Only if you need to catch an early morning flight

    We stayed here for one night in December 2016 to catch a flight the next morning. First a couple of positives: 1. Very VERY close to airport. It took us 15 and 10 minutes respectively to reach the hotel from airport and back. 2. The food is pretty good. We did not have the chance to take the breakfast as we left early in the morning (and reception flatly refused to accommodate). However, the snack and dinner that we ordered were decently good. Now the reasons why I have given a poor rating: 1. Very shabbily maintained. The room was dirty, stingy and we had to call the housekeeping twice to get it cleaned properly. The bathroom was stinking even after two rounds of air fresher spraying, we were telling ourselves "just bear - it's only one night". 2. The reception and front desk was extremely stone faced and unfriendly. I do not know the reason - but we did not see A SINGLE smile in the faces of the two different people that we met five or six odd times. 3. Very very noisy. As I mentioned, if you need to stay somewhere close to the airpot for a reasonably short period of time and you want to stay within budget, you may consider this. Otherwise, a definite no.... More

    A decent hotel with friendly staff

    I happen to stay at this hotel for a stop gap visit to Chennai. The proximity of the hotel to the airport is what made me choose this place and I had no big expectations. What impressed me is the friendliness of the staff and their efficiency. I stayed one day more than I expected and my stay was rather comfortable. The room was not that great but was decent enough to get some sleep. The restaurant ambiance was OK and the food was very good. Kudos to the staff.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
