    The location of the hotel is good whereas when it comes to the stay, it is not much happening and attractive place to stay. If you are a nature lover then you must prefer a hotel with a comfortable stay with basic amenities. The sheets were not clean and the bed too was a bit rough.... More

    Average hotel in the centre of the city...

    We stayed there for just one day on Dec 2018 and since our main motto of stay was to get into deltin royal casino the hotel was apt for us since casino entry is walkable distance from the hotel. About the hotel, to be open I didn’t like the interiors and the facilities at all since all the facilities like AC TV are outdated and bathroom and rooms didn’t look that nice. This hotel needs a renovation at the earliest. If u need a cozy and luxurious stay please don’t consider this hotel and if u plan to visit floating casinos in Panjim and u need a hotel at walkable distance with reasonable rate you can consider this....     Holiday in Panjim 4th to 10th March 2018

    Menino Residency, 4th to 10th March. 1)Cockroaches in the room, in the bathroom and on the bed - first day. Informed reception the spay some insecticide. Almost daily at least one cockroach appeared either in the room or bathroom. 2) On the second day after returning post lunch, the room was made up but no towels placed. When housekeeping was called they said we needed to wait till after 3 pm. I refused this so someone went and then brought 2 towels. 3)General room walls were shabby and looked dated and in need of a paint over. The glass windows were externally dirty with bird droppings. Toilet seats and fittings were coming apart. The bathroom tiles grouting were in need of cleaning from the dirt stuck in between them. 4)Lack of privacy and security: One afternoon a member of staff just knocked twice and immediately opened the door despite me shouting out to wait. Later I complained to reception who questioned him without getting a satisfactory response or apology except his stating that he came to place some towels though it was clear that he did not have any towel in his hand. This is totally unacceptable. 5) The air conditioning in the room was very poor and much below standard. On entering the room and inserting the key for the power to switch on one has to wait at least 5 minutes for the ac control ( no remote) to come on. Besides the unit looking ancient, the controller face is damaged and holed due to overuse and misuse. The various menu choices rarely work and the unit keeps on blowing normal air most of the time. On day 3 the unit was just not coming on so after complaining they changed our room to one which was working ( just). This then stopped blowing cool air on night 6 and despite me fiddling with the controller we slept without ac and only the fan running at full speed. 6) Feedback was not requested probably as they knew what to expect, in fact they did not even offer to carry our bags out. As far as lodging is concerned the Menino Residency is disgraceful and unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here even for free! The only good thing was the breakfast and meals which is something that can be availed of even if staying somewhere else.... More

    Location is the best part

    The hotel is located in the heart of Panaji city. Best vegetarian hotels in Goa, Kamat and Nandan are so close by. Santa Monica jetty and some other attractions are walkable. The complimentary breakfast is so poor quality that, we wanted to have breakfast in some other restaurant nearby. All other amenities were quite ordinary. On the second day, house keeping covered a pillow with a torn pillow cover. So this is the quality of linen. AC was getting switched off intermittently. At the time of check out, the manager was showing us the torn cover to take some money. So this is the hospitality.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
