    We stayed in this place for two nights. The room had mosquitoes for which we requested a plug in repellant on mother first night. The fellow from room service had the cheek to ask me for RS. 200 to purchase it. The next day morning, my husband was served the breakfast he requested. However, when he asked for the cup of coffee along with breakfast he was asked to pay Rs. 30. Towels with the room had to be requested. We received one on the evening of checking in and had to ask for it twice the next morning only to receive one at 10:15am. The ultimate worst experience was right now when I found a hand trying to pry open the curtain from the outside trying to peek in when we were changing clothes. When we went to the front desk to complain- of course no one was there and the phone number boldly posted in the room for complaints is out of service. I do not know what kind of a con game these guys are running. I would not recommend anyone in their right minds to stay here. OYO- I had some level of expectation from a place which receives your recommendation. This experience has made me question your process and credibility as well. ... More

    Easily the worst hotel/guest house experience

    Was in the neighbourhood for a wedding and we had a reservation in this hotel for an overnight stay. We reached there by around 11 PM and the power went off at around midnight as I was watching a euro football match. From thereon the air conditioner did not work until around 7AM and even the fan kept going on and off (to be more precise it worked for two minutes and kept going dud for three minutes, and this kept happening all night). We checked out at around 7:30 after losing a full night's sleep. That apart: - the phone lines went dead post the power cut - there was mosquitos in the room Would definitely not recommend this place. ... More

    Place wise it is good and the people also serving good.Rooms are some what conjusted but overall experience is good so we may prefer this one ...for a weekend it is good place to enjoy with friends ..so we can prefer this .... More

    Pros: 1. The Manager and staff are very good. 2. They gave me a very good service. Starting from directing my cab drivers to the location, bringing in food from outside, giving a print-out of my boarding pass, etc., I was happy. Cons: 1. The rooms are not well-maintained. The bathroom on the first night was horribly small. 2. There is no lift and I got a 2nd floor room. 3. There is no in-house restaurant and the food is arranged from outside on order. The breakfast is a single south indian stuff from outside. 4. I didnt get Wifi in my room.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
