    As the title suggest the exterior of the hotel doesn’t give you much confidence but once you are inside you know that you have made the right choice for your stay. Extremely spacious rooms with equally spacious bathrooms and every conceivable amenity makes your experience super. Clean and neatly maintained with spotless linen it was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel.     First thing i noticed is hotel and its rooms are really clean..rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable..bathroom/shower area is clean and good..buffet breakfast options are plenty and food is really tasty..i was on a business trip and hotel is located in the city centre and is easily accessible..checkout timings are flexible and thanks to Suresh - Duty manager for helping us around during the checkout..will definitely opt for this hotel again.....     SUPER clean hotel and friendly professional well trained staff. Great location but a bit noisy outside, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, close to the beach but not a clean beach! A big room, great hot shower, A/C and a fan. New hotel, comfortable large bed, daily complimentary water and a newspaper, No fridge ion the room, only a tiny window in my room and it did not open, no fridge, a 4* hotel but expensive for India I think. Breakfast was too ‘Indian’ and not very good. I got sick one morning after eating eggs which looked strange. I reported a broken toilet seat 4 times and it was not fixed the entire week I was there. No safe box, a school right outside my window which got noisy at times. This hotel is not soundproof at all, lots of noise from the hallways and guests slamming their doors. Paper thin walls, flying insects in room, noisy guests. Prayers from a nearby temple or mosque, no big windows.... More

    We checked into a basic room here which was very nice but then we upgraded to the Jacuzzi suite so I could have a long soak in the tub after foot injury. Both rooms were very spacious. We had a very good welcome with quick check in and quick room change. Room service was good and staff were attentive. Our Jacuzzi room had a sofa area which was great during the day. The only down side for us was the breakfast room was a little too cafeteria style with limited choice.... More

    We Stayed here for a Day. A Good Hotel ,in Annasalai , right in middle of Chennai city. They have a Good Room n Bathroom. They provide A TEA Maker n Complimentary 1 litre Water Bottle n the Toiletries.They have a 24hr Check-out policy too. A Good Hotel to visit again.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
