    1) Price of rooms will change suddenly 2) AC will malfunction. 3) You can see all the garbage stored outside your balcony. 4) Electricity outages 5) open wiring 6) seepage in wall 7) Broken toilet flush. 8) your lunch or dinner order might be cancelled suddenly as the cook has left the hotel. 9) Reception is like a hot oven with no AC. 10) Best is to look around , see the restaurants & go there for food.Good restaurants are not far from there.or Order pizza. Though if you are bachelor looking for cheap place to sleep only , then go ahead... More

    The hotel is across the road from the Vasco railway station. I stayed here with friends, when I had gone to run the Goa Marathon - overall a very exciting time, so I'm unable to write a very critical review. But I have to say that this is a slightly run-down place with elevators that look like they can fall apart any minute, the reception staff looks tired. There, that's the end of my criticism! Our "suite" was charming, looked at the Baina beach in the near distance, and the bustling Vasco market next door. They check you in with these massive tomes of guest registers in which you have to sign your name! The staff does their best to make you comfortable, but the best thing has to be the 24-hour coffee shop downstairs! The chicken cafreal sandwich is a must try, as is the plum cake. Overall, I'd say come and stay at the Karma Plaza if you're in the mood for an experience, and absolutely not if you want luxury.... More

    Karma hotel is in the heart of the city.You will get fresh cakes,snakes here.It has good bakery.We always like karma'black forest cake.We also tasted north indian dishes here.Taste was excellent.Some times services is not good. But ok.... More

    HI GUYS, this hotel is very close to the VASCO DE GAMA Railway Station (GOA). There are a few more hotel near, but the quality is very low. For one night we decided to spend 1177 INR for a 5* Hotel. The room was clean and confortable. The bathroom was almost the same - dirty and not cleaned properly. breakfast was not included and NO WIFI. There's a nice restaurant downstairs very fresh and well done. Near the restaurant there's a bakery where have the breakfast. This is a good location if you arrive late in Goa - Vasco De gama; but the day after, 1 minuts by walk you must leave for the bach.     다음날 아침 일찍 기차역을 가야해서 선택한곳. 영화에서보던 철제문의 리프트를 타고 올라가는 재미도 있었고, 직원분이 친절하시고 안정감을 느끼게 해주셔서 감사했습니다. 와이파이는 로비에서만 가능하지만 빠르고 좋았습니다. 기본인테리어는 크게 기대하지마시고 깨끗하고 안전하게 지내실수 있어요. 1층 베이커리와 샌드위치 집이 동네 인기명소 인지 인도분들이 정말 많이 왔다갔다하고 3가지 종류의 샌드위치를 먹어보았는데 신선하고 가격도 저렴하고 모두 굉장히 맛있었습니다. 빵안에 들어갈 재료를 서브웨이처럼 선택할수 있어요. 조각케익종류도 다양합니다. 아유베르다 기본비누, 샴푸, 빅타월제공. 작지만 옷걸이 층분한 옷장도 있구요 샤워실 대리석 바닥, 테이블에 먼지한톨없이 깨끗합니다. 나프탈렌 냄새가 방안에서 좀 많이나는데 환기시키고 나면 괜찮아요. ... Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
