    Location is good . On the main road , good neighbourhood. Premier rooms are small but renovated in went by previous reviews & asked for new rooms . Bathroom was clean , new & dry , though no separation of shower area by curtains. Food is good in taste & bar is good . Room rates are reasonable . Now the drawbacks Mattress looks old & hard. Pillows are old but all covered with clean sheets . They give woolen blankets not very comfortable using them . Rooms have split ac so cooling is too much have to constantly adjust temperature as room is small . Reception staff don't seem to very friendly type . They have 24 hrs checkout with great reluctance they gave me a grace time of 2 hrs even though hotel was not full. ... More

    We were there for nearly 10 days, and we haven't really had a chance to complain. Yes, the room service is a little slow, and communication is difficult, but the staff have been cooperative and polite throughout. We had problems with the food in the beginning, but they also understood our tastes and changed their menu accordingly. Overall the hotel does not have much to offer, but as we were going only to be in the hotel for dinner and sleeping, it did not affect us as much. We had a good time.... More

    This is the only good hotel in annanagar area. The newer rooms are the superior rooms which are nice, very small though and no windows. So if you are only sleeping in the night then this hotel is for you. There is a bar upfront with neon signs flashing, so beware of perception! Otherwise staff was nice and courteous. Good place to shorter stay.... More

    Good rooms but service is not constant !!

    Visited two times. 1st time got good reception but 2nd time service disappointed us. Rooms are realy large but not much well maintained. It has a restaurant but only with typical south Indian food. There are some other restaurants outside which are expensive enough. Room rent are moderate but lacks good service. Not much recommended as there are plenty good hotels in Chennai.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
