    I stayed in the suite for 3 nights. Generally comfortable. Generally neat. However I faced many problems. 1. Excepting on one occasion, on all the 3 days, morning and night, I did not get hot water in taps. 2. Though the rooms are elegant, there is NO sensibility used in constructing the rooms. Every time I needed to charge my mobile, I had to shift a heavy glass table because the glass table protruded right into the middle of the 2 sockets. This was real stupid. To put off certain lights, I had to bend down to floor level to reach the switch which was in one far corner of the room. The electric coffee maker had an Australian plug. Each time, I had to take the coffee maker to the other room to plug it in, because it wouldn't fit into any socket in the main room. There were no dim night lamps in the room. The side where the table and chairs were placed was so cramped that there was no place to walk about. 3. Only on one day out of 3 did they provide us with a bathroom napkin. 4. Only on one day out of 3 did they give us the morning paper. 5. Very poor maintenance. Paint is peeling. Cracks in door, Taps unclean. Shower holder broken, Toilet paper roll missing, etc. The morning buffet was good. Food was tasty and there was a good variety of south and north indian food, english food, fruits, juices, etc. Tea and coffee were not tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was an average experience, with a mix of good and bad. Food is good. Staff are good. Maintenance and facilities are poor.... More

    I had good experience in this hotel, rooms are well kept, neat and clean, good bathroom. I find the location is good with proximity to T nagar market. Restaurant and BBQ on the top floor is decent, provides good and tasty food. Breakfast is also elaborate for the range of hotel. Staff is very courteous, overall I enjoyed the stay, and would prefer this hotel for my next visit too.... More

    The Hotel is good and the rooms are clean and tidy. Loved the service and hospitality of the staff. but they disappointed in Internet service. They have provided free wifi service which has low speed, our mobile data speed is much better. Food is tasty but bit expensive, loved the ambience of the restaurant which also has BBQ. Will be back but guys please work on internet speed. I observed the Internet service is common issue in the chennai hotels. i had bad experience in my previous hotel, i changed my hotel now but its the same here.... More

    Jet-lagged and waiting so long for our pre-booked room wasn't fun. They charge us so much and to our disappointment service was very bad. However, the staff were nice and polite. Room was nice though!... More

    My bad luck with Chennai hotels continues. Found this place on bookings.com and went ahead as it was just next to my office. However, it was a big disappointment. The room is small and the facilities are shoddy, right form towels to bed spreads. The coffee machine and fridge both refused to work. I could not find a remote for the TV and when I asked housekeeping to help no one turned up. Then at night it was as if some construction was going on in the upper floors. I was woken up multiple times by one noise or the other. Overall, one of those properties I would not want to return to again. However, I found the staff to be quite courteous. ... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
