    As i am from Malaysia, came to visit Goa in first time. it was a memorable and thrill experience where i stayed in this property. the garderns every morning watering and trim the bush by the employees which is very pleasant to experience. Breakfast spread were awasome and good choices. the room was good and the House Keeping service was very amazing. Staff Saraswati was very helpful and make us comfortable.     Extremely well maintained property

    We were a total of 5 adults plus 3 children and stayed here from 21 to 28 Dec 19. This place is removed from the mainstream tourists spots yet on the main road, a hop, skip and jump away from the cidade de goa. The property is old world outside with green open spaces for leisurely strolls and is recently renovated befitting a 5 star on the inside.Rooms are massive, well adorned with creature comforts and are quite plush. The housekeeping staff is up to their task and are up n about helping give the goan air a rustic feel. Whilst the property is pretty and nicely configured, the solitude and warmth of the staff, especially the extremely likeable GM, Mr. Vivek Pathiyan is indeed refreshing. I would like to mention Sabrina, Krishna from amongst the staff for a special mention though i am certain there are others who are doing a splendid job. I prefer brevity when it comes to writing reviews but i believe, one good turn deserves another. For food, i would suggest restaurants from the city or in the interiors. This property offers buffet breakfast and a la carte. The breakfast is average and we haven't had much partakings in the grub department to comment upon. Will certainly stay here again.... More

    Excellent place to spend quality time and relieve stress !!!!

    The stay has been very Comfortable at the IGC Dona Paula Goa . The hotel is surrounded by total greenery. The cottages are beautiful which looks like the Portuguese houses . The house keeping staff were very warm and prompt in their services. The breakfast spread was yummy and excellent.The General Manager Mr. Vivek Pathian was personally greeting and meeting all the guests and made us fell at home.Will certainly recommend all our friends and family members to stay here....     In all my travels across all continents of the world this was by far the worst accomodation. The standard room is not of international standard and this should not be sold to the international traveller. What is of concern is that the price of the standard room is the same as the premier room.I was given a standard room which could not compare with the premier room accomodation. I had to find alternative accommodation for my stay in Goa. I still had to pay for the room in spite of the poor quality.The room was very hot and stuffy and the air conditioner was barely working. The bathroom and shower did not meet international travel standards. The rooms are old and need an urgent upgrade if they wish to attract international guests.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 01 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
