    Very poor service. There was no hot water. You need to ask them then only you will get it. Useless WiFi with very low speed. You need to stand in the door of your room to get WiFi connected. No press (iron) in the room. When asked, it took almost 20-30 minutes to get it. While using it, there was short circuit and the power in room went off. Such a poor quality items they are giving to customers. This all you will get it in 4K. Need significant changes.... More

    Honest People with a positive attitude

    The hotel is a small property, Rooms are not among the cleanest or best of Breakfast, But very close airport and most importantly HONEST. I left my very expensive Camera bag in the lift and went for airport, came back midway, searched my room but did not find the bag, when intimated this to front desk they informed me a bag has been found in elevator and handed over to me. I appreciate this honest act of the hotel members.... More

    We stayed for the weekend when i was on a conference trip but the stay was memorable. The usp is the location. The food is good. Goan menu on sat was outstanding. The rooms and the service is good. A great place to stay if you are not lookimg for a beach side hotel.... More

    Worst Staff,management and policies

    Although I confirmed the early checkin before booking I denied that. The reception staff was very unproffesional and never looked at my booking details but simply said to watt for few minutes. Every time this few minutes of wait extended till 2 hours.We finished our lunch outside yet the room was not ready. If this nonsense at checkin is not enough ,they repeated again a new story at checkout time early morning. They made a havoc for blackening tea kettle which would have cleaned easily by wash.They made this a huge issue .Probably their management and policies made them to behave like this. They work like govt employees.Being adjacent to railway station their mentality is cheap.They treat customers like beggers and no regret. Believe me the cost you pay is not worth due to these filthy staff and policies. Location and food is good .I suggest stay away from this so called high quality and high budget hotel for peace of mind and satisfaction.Not value for money.... More

    Finally it was that time of the year when i travelled to Goa over the weekend, to combine some official and personal work. Booked myself at the HQ as it was within the vicinity of the city and in close proximity from the Airport. Check In - quick, prompt and effecient. Our details were kept ready to minimise the time consumption for it. In addition to it, the surprise was the welcome drink. Lift a bit small tough, a bit tough to accomodate more than 04 people. Rooms - Very spacious, well lit, neat and clean , with the minimum amenities one would require. Food & Beverage - In Room DIning is a bit on the higher side. Buffet spread is decent. Not so great with variety, but good to tase and fill your tummy. I liked the break fast more than the dineer. The choice of itmes can be innovative. Check Out - Timely check out done, with feedback taken within the time staff completed the check out formalities. Transport - A tad of waiting, as i feel they are outsourced to an external agency.. The vheciles were good though. All in All a Decent Experience, may visit again next time in a few months... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
