    Do not book ! Bad choice1

    It's really difficult to rate the SIRMA Hotel. This hotel is not a service or business oriented! - The rooms are big, but no safety deposit boxes in rooms, under the beds was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. - The bathroom is not small, but the water supply is really bad - no pressure at all, also no forced ventilation in bathroom leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using a toilet. - The staff have no clue what does the service supposed to look like: we had a guest coming during the evening time, and we wanted to meet at the lobby. They refused to allow us to stay at the lobby, claiming it's the hotel policy. - Wi-Fi at the rooms doesn't function. The Wi-Fi at the lobby - bad and very slow. There is no way to work from the hotel! (Being an IT engineer, it was a night mare for me to stay at the hotel without a proper Internet connection.) - NO AIR CONDITIONING in the lobby, also in a breakfast and dinner area!!!!! Mediterranean country and there is no fresh/cold air while you are dining? Everybody sitting with the red faces and sweating..... No comments! Just absurd and ridiculous ! -The cutlery sets (Spoons, folks and knifes), as well as all the glasses are not clean :( -This is not the place for people with disabilities - too many things to say. DO NOT STAY!!!... More

    The worst hotel, I've ever stayed in

    *No wifi in rooms, wifi only in lobby and very slow. *Horrible cafeteria (cannot even call it a restaurant, no AC) *Guest got kicked out of lobby while sitting and chatting with me. When asked to explain why, they said we don't let outsiders into the lobby, but failed to show a legit policy to back this rule. *Отсутствует вайфай, есть только в лобби, но нереально использовать. *Ужасная столовая (нет кондиционера) *Выгнали гостя, с которым я общался в лобби отеля, на несуществующий закон Overall, horrible service would not recommend to anyone Ужасный отель, никому бы не советовал здесь оставаться...     We spent 1 week at the hotel with my boyfriend and we booked this trip in very last minute and hurry but we're glad that we picked this one from the many choices in this area. We are very pleased to stay here as the location of the hotel is perfect: 100 meters from the restaurant and (!) the beach (only a small walking road is between them) and 1-2 km from Antik Side (can be 10-15 mins on foot). This means that you don't need to pick a taxi or dolmus to go there and see the antik monuments of the town. Food was very good, you can choose from several disges and there were always enough for everyone. German couples are the most common guests of the hotel but they are friendly and not loud. The employees of the hotel speaks English and German fluently as well and have a very friendly and helpful attitude. All in all we're waiting for the opportunity to return and are happy to recommend this hotel from the bottom of our heart.... More

    Great hotel with good location

    This hotel has a great location within walking distance to the town of SIDE where are interesting historical monuments + museum. There are many shops, attractions and restaurants so if we didn't want to stay at hotel we enjoyed the walk along the beach and the town. The hotel was very good, the rooms were cleaned each day, the food was exquisite (I enjoyed the Turkish cuisine and all inclusive drinks until 11 pm). The beach was clean, free sunbeds were available for each hotel guest, the sea was warm and clean and the hotel offered each day animations like beach volleyball, aqua gymnastic in the sea and some special performances each evening, it was in German as the majority of guests is from Germany, but I didn't mind. I was really nicely surprised with the hotel and I'd like to stay there some time in the future again.... More

    if you are not above 60 and German, stay away from this hotel. For young people its a disaster. Service is not pleasent at all. Its ready to serve only to german. Food was good but service very poor.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
