    Hotel isn't good as it looks in pictures. Half of the staff is unfriendly. Doesn't even answer properly. No food options. They force you to eat buffet everyday. Dirty rooms and dirty beds. No cleaning everyday. Hotel rooms stink. Had to call them 4 times to spray room freshner. Very poor room service. Have to call them several times and remind if you need something.     I had a lot of expectations from this place but sadly it came out to be a huge disappointment. Situated very central right besides collectorate circle at shiv marg, this property was earlier called "golden manor" but recently got taken over and rebranded as "hamston park"... For dinner at Cinnamon, We bought a set meal coupon online (Nearby) and went there on 05May2019 as far as i remember..it was deserted..there was noone else in the restaurant and no other guest roaming around may be due to off season. There was just a police van parked outside the hotel and gate staff was busy attending them kind of totally overlooked us. Nevermind! We took the first table in ths restaurant as it was empty and a nervous waiter came to attend us and filled our glasses,placed the menu as usual.. When I told them about the prepaid coupon..that waiter told me to wait and brought someone who was apparently the only educated person available who could understand what online prepaid coupons are.. There came this skinny dark woman named varsha who got upset as soon as i told about the coupon. There started her lecture in village accent hindi "YAHA BINA BOOKING COOPAN NAHI LETE..MAAN LO AAJ PARTY HOTI YAHA TOH KYA KARTE" she told me.. I decided to remain patient and avoided the attitude and there my partner tried discussing the set meal. On which she told us.."Not available" for half of the options we asked from the menu (the coupon clearly mentions we could choose dishes from Ala carte menu).. And instead of apologising on the unavailability of food items.. She started telling us what all we could have and if no then she told us the option to cancel the coupons and leave.. I couldn't resist this time and got seriously offended by her tone and attitude and rushed to the front desk..they came and apologised a little but this arrogant waitress kept her tone loud with no fear or respect of the decorum of the hotel. I asked about the restaurant manager but front desk told me he is Mr rafeeq who was absent for no apparent reason and that's why this waitress was free to misbehave.. If anyone from the hotel is reading this review. I would just say that this incident has left a very bad mark impression of their hotel. I did cancel the coupon and got my refund but I will make sure to never return! and I will post the truth in my reviews to make sure my followers don't get to into any similar embarrassment...A big thumbs down.....     It was easy to reach hotel from Jaipur railway station. It hardly takes 10 minutes via cab. Hotel was good with clean rooms. Washroom walls was peeling off and also the bathing are had some marks on it. Overall the hotel was good but could have focused more on cleanliness.... More

    The hotel is great,rooms are good, location is good. I would even rate the owner of the hotel as 5 star But the only mistake is the front office manager Mr Waseem who is so aggressive when speaking to foreign clients. Over a small issue he was arguing with my group. Especially when the front office desk has to be very polite. Waseem is the worst front office manager I have ever scene. Being a tour operator myself, I knew the patience you should have with your guests. Thinks twice when you see the pictures of this hotel. The faces behind the pictures are really bad. Thanks Waseem for the worst stay I had in Jaipur especially when I was with organising a group tour ... More

    They are best in there hospitality, no space to complain, meals, rooms every thing is superb but all they need to work on there Tea quality. They charge almost 60/Tea with GST but provide you tea which is so bad that you can get even better tea in indian trains. I requested 3-4 times them to enhance the quality ( my stay was for 3 nights, We were 24 pax). I guess their ratio of making tea is 10%milk: 90% water. Rest is -they all are just fab, specially all staffs so cooperative, helpful. Try pineapple halwa over there...just wow.... More

  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.

  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
