    I stayed here on business for 42 days and had a great time. Really well kitted out apartments - nice small kitchen, good sized living space, balcony and bathroom and a very comfortable bedroom. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. My only gripe was that I was working nights and there wasn't a dnd sign, so was regularly woken up by the cleaner, despite explaining to them and reception not to come till later, but not a big deal. Great location, across the road from the beach and close to some really good bars and restaurants. Would stay here happily as a holiday place. ... More

    Localização excelente com boa mobilidade pela Barra da Tijuca. Vizinho ao Windsor, é uma boa opção ao Hotel em caso de eventos lá. A vista da praia ou da montanha são exuberantes.     O Local é muito bom, bem localizado e seguro! As instalações são simples, porém, suficientes! O ponto negativo!!!! atenção!!!!!!!!!!!! Você faz a reserva, paga!! e depois descobre que tem que ir buscar as chaves do apartamento em Copacabana, em um endereço horrível de chegar!!!! Paga uma fortuna de Taxi ou Uber!! E.. só pode pegar as chaves após as 15:00 hs!!! ou seja vc só chegará em seu apartamento depois das 16:00 hs, pois pegará um transito infernal pra chegar no Barra Palace!!!!!!!!! SOU EMPRESÁRIO NO RAMO DE TURISMO EM MANAUS!!!! Apesar de ter por diversas vezes ligado para Go House,pedindo para pegar as chaves e aguardar o horário das 15:00hs para entrar no apartamento. Estes me negaram fazê-lo dizendo que somente poderiam entregar as chaves às 15:00 hs no endereço da GO HOUSE, no entanto, às 15:00 hs ao chegar no escritório da Go House, após eu pagar e assinar o contrato, me disseram que as chaves não estavam lá e que eu deveria ir ao endereço do Hotel e pegar as chaves no local!!!!!! ou seja, a desorganização e péssimo atendimento é pra acabar com qualquer investidor!!!!!!!!! Pessoal procurem outra agecia que alugue apartamentos no Barra Palace! O local é ótimo o problema é esta agencia incompetente que estressa qualquer viajante!!!!!!... More

    Buenos dias, estuve alojada en el periodo diciembre 2017 enero 2018 en el Barra Palace, excelente ubicacion, los espacios comunes con muy buena limpieza y seguridad, atencion en el bar y del personal excelente pero la estadia con mi familia en el departamento Nro 308 del tercer piso no fue para nada placentera, el departamento estaba totalmente sucio, la heladera llena de hongos negros al igual que en las cortinas... cocina sucia, baño sucio, sector de la ducha con hongos, un caño al costado del inodoro que constantemente perdia agua. Cuando llegamos no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la sala del comedor por lo que solicitamos que nos lo arreglen, buena predisposición para ello pero luego de arreglarlo quedo el desagote dentro del departamento y cuando reclamamos nos dijeron que era porque nosotros lo teniamos mucho tiempo encendido, y solo habia transcurrido dos horas de su reparacion. NO RECOMIENDO EL DEPARATAMENTO NRO 308 DEL PALACE BARRA. Sillas sucias, rotas y manchadas... una estafa, te hacen depositar el total de la estadia para que no reclames y te obliguen a quedar alli ... un asco, y los vasos eran los de mermelada, platos de plastico ollas sucias, cafetera y licuadora con hongos, horno electrico lleno de grasa, sofa cama viejo. He alquilado muchos departamentos y nunca me habian estafado de esta manera. Tuve la oportunidad de visitar otros departamentos del mismo edificio y nada que ver la mantención... esos si daba gusto alquilar. NO recomiendo el departamento nro 308 de tercer piso... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
