    Very Rude staff and dusty rooms

    I booked a room at this hotel on Nov 3rd 2019 on makemytrip app. The booking was for a week between Nov 30 and Dec 7. I got a confirmation email about my booking. When I got to the hotel on the 30th, the guy at the reception refused to give me the room saying that the amount I paid was too less. I had paid aorund 950rs per night on MMT whereas the room was for around 1800rs per night. They told me that they dont deal with MMT anymore and that they refused to listen to anything I said. They were just rude and and were not bothered that I had a valid booking. I had no choice but to book a room separately on the spot and pay double the amount that I paid on MMT. I booked a room for a day as I had no option at that moment. I was tired after a long day of travelling. The room itself was not worth their valuation. Furniture was really old and the room was dusty. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. The air condition was not working. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to book a room at this hotel. MMT were kind enough in refunding the amount I paid for the room and the gave me a 4000rs voucher for my troubles.... More

    I have stay in this hotel for two days the hotel general manager ask me to pay 100% amount at the time of check in i request him i will pay at the time of check out he said no. i have booked deluxe room the rooms he has given to me that was not deluxe room. the mattress , pillows was very dirty and washroom was very dirty.There is not any complimentary water and food quality was very bad. There is not any shampoo and shop & no bath towel. I do not recommended this hotel to any one.... More

    Stayed twice. Rooms are spacious. Hotel is at main road near to Kailash colony metro station. Breakfast was also ok. They have rule that only one dish will be served for one person as a breakfast. Never seen such type of rule. Linen was not clean. In room 302 bathroom was not in good condition. In room 301 handle of tap was broken and it hit at my foot. While check out lift was not working. Average property need to maintain more.... More

    Stayed here and would not suggest it unless you have no other options. No AC, pillows were dirty, actually while room felt dirty. Shampoo bottle was used, and the metro go by real often and it's all you can hear ... More

    decent place if you'll are just friends visiting. would not advise to families. staff is helpful and service is quick. claim free wifi but never worked.. they said there is hot water but only early morning.. but did not get hot water even during the time they mentioned. can get better options for the price. location is good as it is on the main road and close to a metro station...   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
