    First of all, double check the reviews before booking at this place. When I booked I managed to read only a few good reviews about this place. I wish I had dug a little more deeper. The hotel property is been beautifully designed and conceived by it's previous owner who has sold it to Toshali group (Orissa based owners). However, the in-room amenities are way below average of what one would expect for a 3 star grade resort. Though the property is been managed well, the owner if been extremely poor in service provision. Be it the kitchen or the overall offering of other services. During peak season, if you are charged dearly at the tune of 6K per night, then the least that you are expecting that the SO CALLED '3 Star' property will provide a lavish bath room amenities. You are expecting that the spread of breakfast won't be a frugal single dish or two in starters, main course and desserts, each. You expect it to be a lavish one like it's contemporaries like the Resort Terra Paraiso, Calangute, or Santana Beach resort, Candolim, or many others. The managers did not seem to care if one pointed out things which are basic to hospitality. Felt as if they were financially in capable of managing peak season hospitality.     Horrible, low quality hotel

    First of all, it is not a resort, neither it is comparable to the photos they have given in the website. It is just another road side hotel in a congested market area. Moreover, there were security issues for a family. Never visit this property with your family. Pathetic will be an understatement to describe this property.They don't even have a proper reception desk. The reception consists of some broken furniture and a desk like what you might have seen in a grocery shop. Rooms are pathetic, broken old furniture, stuffy. The swimming pool is dirty and not usable and the pool side chairs that you see in the pictures are also old and dirty. I do not know on what basis people are saying it is good, have you visited it in recent time. And it is not even that economical, with slightly more price you will get a nice actual resort. Now, let me come to the security issues. We reached the hotel in the night of 10 Nov, 2017 and had a horrific experience. People were drinking and smoking openly with loud music (I am not sure if that can be called music). The entire space was filled with smell of alcohol and smoke, added to it the vulgar looks that all those drunkards were giving to my wife. No decency, no respect. Our holiday was almost killed if only we were not lucky enough to get a good resort almost immediately. We checked out right in the next morning after some how spending the night there.     The hotel is really good. The hotel is located adjacent to Candolim Beach. We stayed here from 15.11.17 to 19.11.17. The rooms are good. We booked A/C Deluxe Suite. The behavior of the staffs will create an impression in your mind. The staffs are so courteous and prompt in there services. Specially the restaurant service, the staffs of the restaurant are always in effort how to serve better to there guests. We strongly recommend this hotel to stay while visiting North Goa.... More

    The hotel is very clean. The staff is polite and helpful. Location is close to Candolim beach, approx. 800m. The site seeing was a good experience. The AC bus driver was good and his tips helped us to manage our time at each site. The cruise ride was too good, and most enjoying in the whole trip. The food is good, but feels repetitive after 2 days. The external ambience of the hotel is too good. But the rooms need renovation . The room furniture badly needs maintenance, at least painting. Most of the time is spend in site seeing, so room ambience may not bother some ppl. Over all it was a good experience... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
