    We´ve stayed at this hotel 3 nights and had very good experience regarding the services and cleaniliness (the hotel is clean, which is not common for a 5* hotel in India).The infrastructure is very well maintained. The food in the restaurant is very good. Breakfast buffet has a good variety for the size of the hotel. Rooftop Fintness and Swimming pool are OK. The noise from the road are disturbing the nice setting there.... More

    I would like to take this opportunity to thank Chef Deep Mitra and his team for a fabulous dinner. We have been associated with this hotel over the last three years. No X'mas celebration is complete without a meal here. This year was one step better. The whole enterprise from the delightful cake to the amazing meal was orchestrated by Chef Deep Mitra. The food was superb- the fish kebabs were some of the best I have had. The chicken kebabs especially the Maiai kebabs were superb. You want a great X'mas cake get it from here.     First off, I should say that this is not a fancy five star hotel. So anyone planning to stay here should not expect that. Having said that, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and maintained well. So it's a great place to stay for the money that you pay. The highlight of this place is the service. I was absolutely wowed by the service, especially at the restaurant.They are very attentive to your needs and give you just the right amount of attention without hovering around you all the time. They also take special care to accommodate your dietary restrictions. I stayed here for 3 days and received great service and felt very much at home. I am reducing 1 star because the non-smoking room I got was on the smoking floor and smelled really bad. Since the hotel was fully booked I couldn't get a different room.... More

    I don't understand how taj is associated with it. The rooms are relatively small and the price is too high. While I could do with the price if the service had been great. But to my disappointment the service was very lazy. We requested toiletries which were delivered after three reminders. The tea bag and all were also not refreshed. The washroom does not match the standard of any five star. Buffet - good variety just like all the five star. What usually sets five Star apart is the service. So here too we had to wait for the tea, then you start to remind the staff that u had requested something. Location-very far from all the good places. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
