    Visited here on a working lunch. The ambience is stunning, entrance is classy and inviting. The parking and seating in the lunch room is pretty limited. They serve a good mini buffet lunch on week days with 2 starters, soup, 5 salads, 2 veg and 2 non veg in the main course. Around 5 desert dishes to sum it up.     I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Comfortable room as expected for the price. Good biotique toiletries which made for a good change from the typical standard toiletries in other similar priced business hotels. Quiet property with good breakfast spread. Their cafe was under renovation so it was pretty much one restaurant that was operating. Didn't eat other meals so cannot comment. What definitely needs improvement and change are the towels! One day they were funny smelling as if they haven't been laundered also they we're looking yellowish. I'd pointed that out to the front desk. Next day, the towel had a hole in it and the smell was still there. This is not expected from a decent property.... More

    This is a pure business hotel meant for people with work around Bhosari / Chakan or even in PMC area. It's very conveniently located close to Nashik - Pune highway. The room was medium size and well lit. The bathroom was small but clean. Basic amenities were also available in the bathroom. The minibar is very reasonable priced. There were no English channels subscribed on TV, so it was quite boring to watch Hindi channels compulsorily. The breakfast spread is good and the south indian food was especially tasty. There are only 2 waiters in the restaurant during breakfast time and any special request other than eggs is either ignored or takes a long time. I had 1 meal in room service and found the food to be very oily and spicy. Room service was delivered in under 20 mins. Reminder of the staff was also very courteous and attentive. I have no complaints with regards tot he service level. Wifi was also decent speed, although not god for large file downloads, video streaming etc. There is open road-side parking available but no facilities for driver. Some basic amenities such as washroom need to be provided for drivers.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
