    I and my wife stayed at Fern Kadamba near old Goa. We liked the hotel ambience and breakfast was good though it was but pricy for us. Even though we had gone there for some personal work and chose to stay there because it was close to our rented property and hence close by place to meet up with my tenants but this hotel hasgood facility for seminars and business meetings as well. Would definitely like to stay there on my next visit in Feb 19 provided the room rates are favourable.... More

    This hotel is located on the Kadamba plateau about 7 kms away from Panjim. The rooms are clean and offer good amenities. However, the F&B and service are very poor. The rooms have tea coffee makers and the bathrooms are equipped with amenities. If one is in Goa for business then this hotel may be quite conveniently located.... More

    Basic Hotel, Not Worth the Tariff

    The hotel is well appointed and the serving staff is nice and quick to attempt any rectification in service levels, if one complains. If one doesn’t, there is a lot you will have to bear – to start with a rather minimalistic, not so tasty breakfast. No hand towels in the toilet, nor tissues, spa booking where the attendant is missing, etc. I faced all this but most of these issues were addressed (apart from breakfast, which remained basic and my request for a firm pillow because the hotel does not believe in having one)....     we as a group of 170 friends after our Old Goa visit had lunch here... pre booked. Fantastic lunch. the lemon and coriander soup was great to start with. there was a mix of goan, Punjabi and south Indian dishes ( including curd rice ). Even the desserts were good. Enjoyed.... More

The Fern Kadamba is located on Old Goa Panjim Bypass Road, Just on the Kadamba Plateau, Old Goa. The Hotel is one minutes drive from world famous heritage site of Basilica of Bom Jesus and SE Cathedral & famous archaeological museum. The Fern Kadamba, Goa has a selection of rooms like Hazel Suites, The Fern Club, Winter Green Premium and Winter Green Room. All rooms are spacious, equipped with control room lighting and air conditioning, Well stack mini bar, LED HD TV, tea coffee maker, Hair dryer and very high end bath linen and bathroom amenities. Cafe Tinto is our coffee shop, offers a variety of dining experiences ranging from international and Indian cuisines. Afonso, specialty restaurant serve traditional Goan and Indian cuisine. Garrafao, the bar with a cosy environment, is the perfect setting for a quiet evening drink.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
