    The hotel is nice in terms of the outlook & the rooms, lobby, spa, roof top pool etc but then that's it. The housekeeping, room service take forever to respond.. The reception doesn't take escalations either. Just asks you to dial 56. The worst part is the complimentary breakfast. The restaurant is shabby and is in a mess. Old worn off crockery, burnt tea and milk flask, bad menu bad presentation.. I mean who displays Gulab Jamun on plate with the sugar syrup floating all around the counter? On top of that there is no exhaust in the restaurant or at least that's what it seemed.. there was a intolerable smell of eggs, burnt bread, another menu items which made it difficult to sit & have breakfast. All in all, nice property but the staff needs to pull up their socks!... More

    The Hotel in near the airport, very far to the pink city, you will need private transport, I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel looks nice inside /out, the internet needs improvements, the food area is good, however there was shortage of staff in the kitchen area, two staff were working to serve everyone, over all service was good. Regards M Patel he best thing is it is near to airport and bad thing is it is away from main Jaipur pink city. You tend to get caught in heavy traffic if travelling during office hours both ways. The hotel is good but service needs improvement. The restaurant service at times was terrible, many of the items not available and refilling was not immediate. On the check-out day, they shifted the breakfast to sixth floor, without prior intimation and served the breakfast quite late, thus upsetting our scheduled departure for sight seeing.... More

    Pathetic booking experience. Staff is politely rude

    I requested a corporate booking to Mr. Prashant . He told rooms are available and asked me to drop and email to mr. Ghanshyam. I Never received a reply to the email for 5 hours. I called hotel and they told they will revert immediately . I called again in an hour and they said rudely to wait . I called again and they said reservation is closed for today . Wasted my whole day and I did not make reservation anywhere else . Pathetic ... More

The Fern - An Ecotel Hotel is known for having a roof-top swimming pool as well as soundproof rooms. This 5 star property is located 3 Km from the Sawai Mansingh International Airport. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
