Very bad experience. Rooms, bathrooms are not clean. They don't have enough staff, they don't even have the key if you want to lock your room and go somewhere. Need to provide better service for the rates.
Terrible & Horrible Stay at Elite Suits

Very dirty small and smelly rooms not better than a store room, pathetic bed mattress, broken water faucets, dirty Baath rooms and lack of hot water. Full of lairs at front office desk when asked to connect me with the general manager. They given me Chef Madan contact no in lieu of their general manager. Full waste of money. Don't ever trust hotel Elite Suites and of their working personnel.Beyond pathetic

The worst hotel in town, they fail to offer basic amenities like hot water, toiletries. if you request for dental kit the favour will take 20-25mins and it would be charged additionally. if you arrive early the so Called hotel would charge you full days price and communication here seems to be PATHETIC just like the hospitality. the cold attitude of the senior management was really not acceptable they said they would get back to me regarding my queries but didn't hear, and it was not expected from a senior most person. I was confused if it's a bed room with a living area or a store room with a bed room as there are broken trollies and furnitures kept with dust all over the place, they have a fridge but doesn't work at all they have a table placed in the balcony which is rusted. I had pre booked my room on double occupancy but only one towel and one water bottle was placed, I don't understand when you call yourself a three star why is the hotel so unorganized with no planning or monitoring of services.. I would strongly recommend that people should look for better options around as there are better option in the vicinity.Most Terrible and Horrible stay I had in my life

I stayed in this Hotel or I would like to call it as Guest House for 5 days. Nit a single day went where we had any issues. The Worst part was that the GLASS SLIDER had broken and fallen on me. Luckily i was not hurt. I had requested to change the room that was done next day in evening. Pathetic maintenance issues my Collegue got stuck and his room lock was not opening. For almost all the rooms the keys were not working. Food served was very tasteless. All Breakfast on all days was of No Use. It was kept just for the sake of it. Very Horrible experience and Would never recommend This pathetic hotel

- Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
- Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
