Very nice hotel at a wonderful location
on Dec 25, 2017
The hotel is located just besides Pune University, and has excellent connectivity all around.
Facilities I liked included the Gym, reasonably prices food in the Food Court, discount on movie tickets in the mall downstairs, and also the prompt service of the staff.
Very clean, decent breakfast, polite staff.

This was a decent little hotel. The only real problem was that there was virtually no WIFI. It kept dropping out and was impossible to do things like book a plane ticket. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
Five Star Boutique! Really!!!!
on Dec 1, 2017
This hotel labels itself as a five star boutique. It is neither five star nor a boutique. Management is under deep illusions as to what makes a five star and what is a boutique hotel. I would call it a decent three star good value hotel. There are many positive aspects. The location is very convenient and in one of the better areas of this chaotic and toxic city. However, it is part of E Square complex that contains a multiplex, restaurants and a food court. The rooms (there are no public areas worth mentioning) are kind of built around the other activities. This creates a nuisance, specially in the elevators which are common to all the areas and floors. There are two elevators but only one is kept in operation at any time. The hallways and elevator lobby areas are always kept in the dark to save upon electricity in typical miserly Indian manner. There is valet parking but as you drive into the complex, you are stopped at the entrance for security and parking fees. I stayed here for 6 days and I was stopped multiple times. Reception and front desk are quite inefficient and have the typical hallmarks of Indian inefficiency. Credit card readers do not always work because they have a perpetual server connectivity problem. Which brings me to wifi. It is pathetic to say the least. You should just ignore the so called 'free' wifi and just pay Rs. 250/day for a faster speed. Food is definitely not the strong card here. Again, almost pathetic. I only ahd the breakfast each day and it was downright frugal and inedible. Service was listless, untrained and unprofessional. Tables and plates were not cleared. Cutlery, tissues, cups were missing from tables. Even a budget hiotel like Ibis has better breakfast. The food square options are terrible.
However, my Club superior room was very spacious and comfortable. I paid an average of Rs. 3500 and at this price it is good value.
Decent boutique hotel. Good and well maintained Rooms. Politeness missing in staff
on Nov 28, 2017
I stayed in this hotel for a night this month. I found the hotel an average place to stay.
Rooms are specious and nicely maintained. Bathrooms are very small (similar to IBIS or Ginger hotels).
Great location, close to University, FC road etc..
Check-in and Check-out were smooth.
Staff at reception need to be trained to handle customer queries. There is no politeness in the way they talk to customers, in-fact I found the person rude and arrogant.
Breakfast venue is amazing with a glass ceiling, good ambiance. Spread is not much but there are few items available for made to order.
Free WiFi is available. Works fine in the rooms.Mobile network doesn't work properly in the rooms.
They offer airport transportation, but the charges are 3X of ola cab fare. Better to take Ola/Uber for airport transfer.
Overall, it has been an average stay, nothing specific to mention except location and rooms. This hotel can be a future option if regular hotels are not available.
