    Sumit has yet again excelled himself, we are able Ti enjoy an intimate atmosphere amongst a wedding extravaganza thank goodness and thanks Sumit Pork belly to share, then seafood on the grill perfetto!! Home tomorrow, this has been a highlight not like the rest of India which is covered in plastic rubbish We watched the beach cleaners this evening throwing their collections into the undergrowth.     A for effort in areas concerning service. We stayed in the club part of the hotel which gave us access to the Bistro restaurant, club pool and bar however we mostly ate at the other restaurants (including for breakfast) as we found the service was much more attentive there. Our suite (107) was delightful. The laundry service was the best I have ever had, very professional and you could see our items had been taken care of. The drivers were very friendly, and we learned very quickly to trust their opinion if they wanted to show us something else on the way to our destination. Spa treatments were good, not the best I have had but okay. Definitely recommend the facial, my face was scrubbed clean!... More

    We loved our stay at Alila Diwa. The staff as well as the property, both were very welcoming and make your stay very comfortable. Suman our host at the Diwa club was very helpful and particularly made sure that our stay with our family was most comfortable. Even though the property is spread out and quite large, you dont feel lost. The landscaping and the flora around the property makes you feel that you are in a tropical paradise. The best part is the beach close to the hotel, which has been by far one of the best ones i have been to in and around Goa. That makes staying at Alila even more rewarding.     Stayed for 4 nights with family, in Nov 2017. Good place to relax, very courteous staff, excellent amenities. Flavor of food can improve, and also quality of toiletries given. Airport Pick up and drop on time, all day breakfast and sun downers all very good. Would definitely recommend. Not too far from the Airport.... More

    During Diwali holidays we booked this hotel . It was a pleasure to be at a hotel which celebrates goa feel rightly. People I would highly recommend are kimberley and sumit from bistro at diva club. Sourav pal at front desk. Of course chef mithun and pani were amazing . The driver gobash was very courteous, last but not the least Sylvester the manager at diva club was applauded . Hope to c u soon .... More

Overview

The Alila Diwa Club in Goa is a 5 star hotel. It is 10 km away from Madgaon Junction Railway Station and has free Wi-Fi connectivity. Hotel has 35 well-furnished rooms. Each room is well-equipped with air-conditioner, LED television with satellite channel, bar, laptop safe, ward robe, work desk, private balcony, king size bed, bar, attached bathroom with shower and bath tub. On request hotel provides DVD player, iron with ironing board, ipod and docking station.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
