    We recently stayed at The Crown Hotel in Panaji, Goa. The hotel is set on the hill with breathtaking views of the river Mandovi. The area is tranquil and very enjoyable. The staff at the Hotel are very professional and friendly, nothing was too much for them and always greeted with a smile. They took such good care of us during our stay. They are the biggest asset to their hotel. The food was exquisite and the variety on offer was second to none. The chefs we met were wonderful, friendly and professional and my wife (also a chef) thoroughly enjoyed sharing recipes and swapping! We would highly recommend this hotel.... More

    A well-located hotel in Panaji with views over the Mandovi and ideally situated to explore the state capital and its riverfront. Attracting a worldwide clientele, the rooms are comfortable and spacious and well air-conditioned. All facilities expected of a 5* hotel are here.     Except location nothing’s worth mentioning

    We were in Goa for one week for vacation and had booked Crwon hotel. However we had a very poor stay in hotel....the rooms are decent but the housekeeping services are very poor...you have to remind the same things everyday to the housekeeping staff...the basics like keeping fresh towels specially after they have taken the old one for wash, replenishing of basic toiletries etc was a big let down. The breakfast served was the monotonous and just ordinary....even smaller know hotels have a better spread....another big let down was the swimming pool....it’s just next to adjacent to reception.....never seen a good hotel with swimming pool at reception....the reception staff was also not customer friendly and had excuse for every problem you projected....the only good thing that I can recollect of the hotel is it’s location....it’s in the the city centre and connectivity is good. For the same cost, there are many many good hotels with better services in the near vicinity....take this hotel only if you are out of options.... More

    Slightly older but well maintained. Very helpful staff. Good meal options rooms with great views (we had Harbourview rooms). V close to Portuguese village and cathedral. Only downside was internet was flaky but that may have been our rooms only and they were trying to fix it. Recommended as good value ... More

At a distance of 28.7 km from the Goa International Airport, The Crown is one of the known Goa hotels. The property has an outdoor pool and provides a water aerobics facility to the guests . Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
