    Checked in this hotel on a business trip in Sept 2017 , Was given a room on the second floor , Some basics were missing which ideally should be present without being asked for The Bath mat was missing which was put the next day , A Simple water bottle should ideally be complimentary, No bucket , No Idea why a weighing scale is kept in the rooms, Hanger was just one in no that too a flimsy one, AC used to a loud noise when the compressor got on, Breakfast a couple of blocks away , Can this be done on the terrace , No variety in breakfast, Rooms & Bedding are comfortable....     Quaint hotel inside the lane opposite famous Jangli Maharaj mandir . three floors have rooms , then conference hall and a terrace garden on top. staff ok, rates negotiable and suitable packages. we used it for for small conferences for 40 persons because limited four wheeler parking for about 10 cars available....     I was staying here in may 2016 for one night just searching a place to sleep after a long business day. The standard room was offered with two single beds being very soft. At one of them I could easily feel the springs in my back... Maintenance was very poor, the walls are damaged, the standing lamp only taped to hold together and the bathroom covered with calc. Hence, I'd rather not tried any food here. Even though it was cheap, I expected to get a better place. Honestly, it was the worst place I ever stayed in.... More

    I stayed at this hotel alone for 9 nights and I have only good things to say about the hotel and staff. As a single woman, I found it very safe. For my reasons to be in Pune, the location was perfect. The fact that it's 200 meters off JM road helps that noise levels are not high. There are many eating options around and it's very conveniently located in terms of public transport and autos. Both front desk and house keeping staff was very helpful and polite. A special thanks to Mr. Azim from housekeeping. The rooms were very clean and linen was changed daily. Since bottled water is charged, they also serve filtered water in rooms (free of charge) Whenever in Pune next, I would certainly choose Citiotel. ... More

    Cons: - There was no "welcome drink" as promised by the Cleartrip voucher. - The hotel doesn't maintain the updates about guests and their bookings (extension of the booking) even after 4 days after the booking. Pros: - Maintenance is oK, not bad.... More

Overview

Located in the prime business area of Deccan Gymkhana and G.M. Road, this business hotel near to the famous Bamboo House and Modern Cafe is an ideal stay option for both the business traveler as well as the family. Guests can choose to stay in any of the 26 guestrooms.   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
