    Incase you are keen in staying in a hotel close to the Mall Road then this is an Ideal Hotel. I had stayed in this property in 2007 and nothing much has changed in terms of experience rather just got better. Ideal for the pricepoint. The view from the Rooms are spectacular and best part is the Jacuzzi which is blissful. Dont mind the buzz outside the hotel but the road leading to Mall Road is within few meters. The rooms as extremely spacious and service is at par and best was offering a bunk bed for my kids. The Breakfast needs a lot of improvement ( i mean a lot) and staff members at reception and Restaurant needs improvement. However, i still recommend this place if you have a pit stop at Shimla. I didnt get INR 500 cash to share positive feedback on travel sites which is displayed in the reception:):)... More

    We stayed there for 2 nights (23rd & 24th Dec) and were overwhelmed by their excellent service and promptness. They also have facility to drop at the Lift for the Mall road, we didint avail the same. Would definitely recommend this place.... More

    Let me start with Good things - the view is simply amazing from the room and more cheerful from the restaurant - clean room with ok size - food was good - staff was pleasant - parking space was ok - On the road and very near to the victory tunnel - Excellent SPA although it was outsourced but excellent boys and gals(negotiable as well) Things which i don't like - far from the mall road/the ridge - 200 m walk will tier you - the top was having some construction issue - no smoking area on the top floor you have to go down ... More

    All rooms look out across the road with incredible views of Shimla and the mountains. Unfortunately the road is extremely busy. The window in our room didn't fit in the frame properly at one side, but in any case the single glazing simply wasn't enough to block out the noise. The cars hooting, lorries blaring, police whistles and shouting from the road below was a pretty constant feature and started up in earnest at about 5am each morning. It was simply impossible to sleep thereafter. Once the sun was up properly the room also heated up very quickly. The breakfast buffet and service was nothing special. There was a helpful taxi/ shuttle service on the hour to take guests to the lifts up to the Mall. Overall wouldn't recommend for a peaceful stay.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
