    The resort being surrounded naturally by the sea & the river on other sides keeps the resort inviting, along with its beautiful landscape and ambience. Food & service goes hand in hand. Our tour manager Mr. Vinayak Sable is very co operative and is able to handle grp of people. Its a good place for a break from the daily routine. Along with all this the hot water issue was disturbing, so do be ready with all your services before inviting the guests. Overall a good resort to relax and also being vegetarian resort, non veg food was arranged for non veg lovers, which was a good impact on guests. All the best for further experiences with many more exiting additions to your resort, which will make us invite once again very soon...... More

    We selected This hotel since it's pure vegetarian and my mother prefers that. There's nothing special about the place. My initial room was mouldy and we were allowed to change it quickly to a less mouldy room.     Health and safety is poor, NO WIFI AT ALL THREE DAYS WE STAYED HERE. Hanging electric wires in room for fan and television. Reception staff do not know how to interact professionally with hotel guest. Serious faces instead of smiley or welcoming. They should be not be in frontline customer service.... More

    First look, and the hotel reception is lovely, staff are slightly slow and incompetent upon check in, we checked in and gave us the room key without explaining where our room was situated so had to guess and try to find for ourselves as well as collecting our own luggage. The room was poorly lit but had all the appropriate amenities a typical guest would ask for, so we went for a walk around the grounds and found the hotel to be very poorly maintained, tired and quite frankly dirty. It’s lost its pride and can tell it once would have been a lovely surrounding but now weary. The electric and water was off most days between 5-7pm and required numerous phone calls to report that the water/electric was off, with no apology from the staff and usually took around 20-30 minutes to be resolved. The breakfast was the worst experience I’ve had to encounter within the hospitality industry. Minimal offerings and cold. I admit, I went one day and didn’t return again to give it a second chance. Housekeeping although, satisfactory with what they have to deal with knocked and woke us up daily at 8.30 then again at 9, 9.30 and finally 10 until I repented and went to the beach so they could clean. Upon describing to staff that the hotel was dirty, unkempt and disappointing, I was met by the hotel manager telling me that it was my own fault and should not have booked to come here, which I agreed with but stated that the photos that appear on booking.com are clearly photo shopped and untrustworthy and if I’d seen the real deal I would not have booked the hotel. Again, the staff were rude, unsympathetic and unapologetic. This was clearly not a new experience for them. When asked about the complaint process I was met with a form and told someone would read it eventually. Therefore I stated that I wanted to check out and went to find alternative accommodation elsewhere in the town which was very easy and welcoming. Unfortunately we had to pay one nights stay at 4,500rupees but I found that a better compromise than staying any longer. Disappointed, disheartened and will think twice before booking with booking.com again. ... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
