    Hotel it's quite nice but not Awesome. Area is perfect for business and relax, shopping area is just walkable and easy convince. Talking about the associate SardarJi...(Harjott Singh) very much enthusiasm , full on positive energetic and his huuge smileeeeee kills all my stress buster. He had explain me Bombay place to visit and some cool stuff and chill hangouts at your pocket price ..very kind person .. hats off As this was my second visit in Mumbai Definitely visit and highly recommend this hotel ...     Went to the Beatles in Powai as could not make it to the hotel we had booked in due to heavy rains. One hotel in Powai had already refused to accommodate us and this was our only hope with all the roads being blocked and we had come by taxi from Pune. Justin ,on the front desk, understood our plight and accommodated us. Good room,good dinner and breakfast. Truly appreciate the staff especially Justin and Jainam. They very kindly arranged for our transport the next day ,to take us to our hotel in Lokhandwala. Thank you once again ... More

    To begin with Terrible staff at the checkin desk - his name was subodh. Very arrogant. Asked to speak to manager - instead of saying he will have her call me. He gives me a land line number to speak to her tomorrow! Asked for her number and he firmly said he can't share it. He said I was free to make it public on social media to get her attention. Didn't even share an email Id basis which I could reach out to her. I don't understand the need for photo Id when we revisit almost every month and that to under a corporate booking. Most other hotels keep record and don't ask creating a good feel factor as they know you and greet you as a repeat guest with much familiarity. Here just the opposite - met with arrogance, no decent greeting, no sense of basic hospitality and of being welcomed. I have been frequenting this hotel at least once or twice a month. We recently changed to ramada as the room quality has been poor lately. Also lack of privacy prevails in the sense that you can hear conversations from the adjacent room. ... More

    Having in Mumbai three times in different hotels, I will say that the environment esp. the attitude of staff are the best I have ever met. They are polite and they will chat with you. i They will explain India culture and whatever questions you ask. I met Harjot, the staff in Hotel and Harjot has explained Indian culture to me patiently and very helpful. We become friends and share stories to each other. Highly recommend for this hotel.... More

    This hotel is great to stay. It is very clean and has all the amenities you need. They have a great breakfast included in your hotel room price. Their breakfast is one of the best continental breakfast I ever had in the hotels in Mumbai. Perfect for family. couples or for a date this hotel has a its quality. I just wish the location was more feasible as there are no train service nearby. This area is a residential area and is away from the shops. However, there is a mall nearby but again I wish it had more shops nearby. Everything else is good. I had a pleasant stay.... More

Overview

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
