    Hidden Secret Right in the Heart of Fort Mumbai

    For practice people who like a neat, clean, friendly and a VERY WELL LOCATED hotel THIS IS THE PLACE. After nearly a half century living in India I was put up here by a company and I was delightfully surprised that one can walk to the museums, best Fort restaurants, and if you want to fill your refrigerator you can pop next door to Nature's Basket, or take an off-hour commuter train ride, just walk across the store to Churchgate Station. There is a very peaceful and quiet, no nonsense pleasant experience here. It is reasonably priced and people are very nice. The breakfast is good in a pleasant cafe. I've been staying in all of the Five Star Hotels across Mumbai and this is a much better experience, if you look for just down to earth clean and good service and a much better location than any Five Star Hotel in the city....     The best feature of this hotel is its location. Strategically located next to Churchgate Station, it is within walking distance of Gateway of India, CST Station, Marine Drive, Fort area, Flora Fountain, Nariman Point, Dalal Street, RBI, Kala Ghoda, etc. So whether you are there on a business trip or leisure trip with family, the hotel offers a nice stay with convenient commuting options. The food is okay, and the décor of the rooms, quality of bedding etc. are also okay, and the pricing is reasonable.... More

    Morning Breakfast at Astoria - You will love the chef.

    The Astoria'n Breakfast was an experience - not because of the spread : but made different by the chef " Yadav". This chef masters in south indian.... try the quaint idli's, or the crispy Dosa's...Its a south indian relater's delight There is a also a warmth around the services offered in the restaurant which makes you feel homely and settled. Lodging is a different experience and needs much improvement on all fronts....... More

    The hotel is near Churchgate metro station and near Marine Drive. In 20 min on foot you can reach Colaba and the Gateway of India, Flora Fountain and all the principal tourist spots in South Mumbai. Personal is nice and take care of you.... More

Overview

This 3 Star hotel is located near Eros Cinema in Churchgate and is convenient because of its proximity to the shopping area and commercial centers of the city. There are 60 fully air-conditioned rooms that are simple in design and equipped with the modern amenities.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
