    Pro: Excellent waitress (Filomena) - Clean Room, beautiful view of sea -Low water level at beach is great for kids to play safely - Food is ok Con:- -WORST ELEVATORS EVER!! I spent half the week either waiting for one, or riding in one up and down the hotel!! 12 floors, 3 elevators that stop at every floor going up and down regardless of which button you've pushed -Air conditioning is not included- they want €7/day to turn it on (Ridiculous!) - Wifi doesn't work - Required use of bathing caps for pool - Freezing pool water - Must bring own beach towels - Too noisy at night until after 11:00 because of outside "entertainment" (if you have babies, it's difficult to get them to sleep until the music and microphones are shut off) -Sky TV is not actually activated (a few channels offer original language shows, but none are actual Sky channels)... More

    Great hotel vith amazing views of the sea and mountains. Best food ever and impeccable service. The rooms are spacious and have a great view of the adriatic sea. The breakfast is very nice and plenty of choices. Will go back again and again... More

    Even though I specifically asked for a room with good WiFi connection, WiFi worked only for maybe one minute per hour on average (in room 1219). My complaints at the reception were shoved off with the advice that the connection was better in the lobby. Even though two deck chairs were included with each room, you have to pay €5/day extra for chaises longues. Also €5/day extra for air conditioning in the fall. On the positive side I liked the view and the quietness on the 12th floor, and I appreciated having a reasonably sized empty fridge at my disposal.... More

    We've been in Hermitage during the weekend and honestly has a great position and lots of potential... It's right there on the beach and has it own garden, pool and beach club... We've been given a room on the 11th floor (all rooms face the sea) and the view at dusk was just spectacular... Unfortunately that's where the magic ends... The hotel is quite big and serves as a family resort place, lots of families with running and screaming kids all over the place, veeeery poor breakfast, just a few industrial croissant and cakes and some slices of odd looking cheese and ham, juices were made by a machine from some sort of powder, really bad... The beach club was also very basic, staff was looking bored and not responsive, a beach club that is not even providing beach towels... The room was clean but very scarcely furnished, two single beds were joined to make a double and we ended up having a couple of bunk beds (!) too in our room for no apparent reason... The minibar in the room didn't even had a single bottle of water in it and to turn on the air condition we had to go down to the reception and ask for it... Great balcony and great view... All this at a pretty expensive price (120 Euro)... After all not really a place where I'll come back to... Unfortunately!... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
