Had no towels when checked in had to request from housekeeping

I like to place on record of the service offered by Ms Razia Sultana, who is a young and energetic lady who was ready to go beyond her call of duty to help me out during my last stay at Accord Metropolitan, Chennai in November, 2017.
Organization is lucky to have an employee of her caliber who truly makes a difference of the service offering.
I wish Razia and Accord Metropolitan good luck.

Ms. Razia Sultana was a gracious host. All needs were taken care of by the hotel staff, gym, pool, great food.

I have been to this hotel for atleast 8 times in past one and a half year.
Entrance to hotel is impressive, grandeur of lobby is elegant.
Rooms are comfortable with all necessary equipments and toiletries.
Food is definitely their USP. Buffet are stumpous and delicious.
Staff is very nice and cooperative (special mention to Ms Razia Sultana for her constant attention and care).
This property is very well connected.
Only drawback I found is that illumination in room is not sufficient for reading on bed as we all are accustomed to white lights. ... More

It was a fabulous evening hosted by none other than the Executive Shef Mr.Rajarajan Paul.
It definitely reflected in the carefully selected menu for the dinner buffet and wide variety of beverages.
Would want to visit the same place may be with family next time and enjoy the hospitality of the team once again and more so to enjoy the delicious food.... More
