    The photos on the website do not match the experience. The non-ac rooms are with Indian style commodes and are provided with bare basic stuff like bed and a small TV. No towels and toiletries. Surely can avoid this place. Garbage cans in the corridor for rooms!... More

    Very dirty rooms, extremely bad service.. Water in bathroom are even so dirty that it looks black in color.. Wifi never works.. Staff has nothing to do with customer problems.. Highly not recommmed even if this hotel offers free stay pls do not stay here.... More

    My room was a good size, clean enough, with good amenities considering the price (wifi in reception, TV in room). The shower didn't work so it was only a cold bucket situation and the plug was in ridiculous place, far away from everything (room 316). Good restaurants and cold bars on the street outside. 50 rupees to Marina Beach. 100 rupees to railway station.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
