    They have charged me Rs3400 including taxes for two Rooms i booked for my guest. As i know the brand i didnt checked the other details and i directly booked the rooms. the guest were my family from different city. As it was a late check in they just came there and slept. but the next day they complained me about the air condition which was not at all working properly the water geyser was not working properly. the rooms and other things were good for no doubt. as it was near to my house i choose that hotel. but it was very embarrassing for me that day after i heard all that stuff. so before check in into these hotel please see the above things before paying it....     We visited Ahmedabad to relive my childhood memories since my grandparents are no more and staying at TGB Express, Maninagar was the best choice. I not only had my parents and my brother with me, but my husband and 2 kids as well. We had booked 2 rooms ahead of time and stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were as per international standards. They got cleaned everyday. The staff at the reception (Manjula, Ritu and Riddhi) were great! Always smiling and helpful. Even the room service staff, always with a smile on their face. The in-house restaurant - YUM!! and the of course the staff of the restaurant equally great! They had food available for in-room service and it was delicious even when we ordered late. The morning breakfast buffet had tons of variety and was fresh and warm. I loved it and I was truly able to enjoy my stay and relive my childhood memories and make new memories with my kids and all thanks to TGB Express, Maninagar and its staff and the cleanliness there. My 2 yr. old got sick while in Ahmedabad and staff asked about him everytime we were at the reception area which was very sweet of them and wished he would get better soon. I'll surely recommend and also book for myself if and when I decide to visit Ahmedabad again. Just one negative thing was - it is near a water park or something, so the music from there gets a little disturbing when you're trying to rest or take a nap. During our stay, they were in the process of opening a roof-top restaurant and I'm sure that will be as great as their in-house restaurant.... More

    This is a quiet place near Kankaria Lake although you can't see the lake from the hotel. The unlimited menu is a good approximation of global cuisine. When served with love, the food is even more tasty. I recommend going for a celeberation here.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
