    2*hotel with good location

    I arrived in the middle of the night and was in shock.The room was really small and no space at all.Also smell of the toilet! Fortunately I could change the room next morning and after that it was all OK The best thing of this hotel is location! Very near to the sea and walking promenade.The big grocery store right behind the corner,also aphoteka. The food was ok. I do recommend this hotel only for people with low budget and no big demands. For me it was first and last time in this hotel.... More

    Worse hotel in Alanya

    Worse hotel with the worse staff in Alanya,we arrived in 3 o'clock in the night and meet us a gay with the poor english,the room was more smaller than in the picture,the food absolutely bad,our daughter 6 years old was eating whole week just pasta,every day the same food with no choice,the fruit and vegetables no fresh,no entertainment,no music. All inclusive wasn't all inclusiv,if you want some cocktails or fresh juice you have to pay for it,if you want to play billiard or tennis you have to pay as well,umbrella and sun bed on the beach-to pay 29 euro for one week.But the last day was really stressful. 12:40 they called in the room to say us so we need to leave the room at 12.00 o'clock. We just come back from the beach.Our pick up time was in 20.00 afternoon. Without shower,all the things everywhere we are must to leave the room,if not to pay 25 euro.All the crest time we stayed in the lounge with the bags and our 6 years old child.     Did not know what to expect when we arrived in the middle of the night, got to our hotel room which was not the biggest but it had a bed and air conditioning which was all we needed! The TV had one English channel which we only used for background noise whilst we were getting ready to go out, the balcony was nit massive but big enough for two of us to sit out there comfortably. There was a big supermarket across the road which was great for buying toiletries etc. The food was great we enjoyed every meal, there was always something we liked, every night they cooked different food on the BBQ. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful and could not do enough for us. Overall this hotel was fantastic, entertainment on a couple of the nights, the pool was great and there was always somewhere to sit or get a lounger if you wanted. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to go again next year"... More

    Very correct hotel for the price

    We spent there 7 days. First of all, hotel is old but very clean. The stuff was very friendly with us, some of them speak a bit of English so you can communicate with them. All of them tried to make our stay as good as they can. They even changed our room for double bed one since we got one with two single beds. Food was also good, not the best but not the worst. Everyone can find something to like, and there was a plenty of food. Overall it is an ok hotel. Very close to the beach and the neighborhood is very quite. Also migros supermarket is just accros the hotel. It's more a 3 star hotel, but just because the stuff was very kind with us I gave them 4 stars.... More

    Worst hotel ever

    This was our first time in Turkey maybe also the last. This was the worst all inclusive hotel that I have ever been in my life. We arrived at 2 am at the hotel, the receptionist was rude and had a poor english, we wanted to a room which has a sea view and a double bed, but we realised there is not any room with this facilities. When we arrived at the room we were shocked,it does not look like as you see on the pictures. Very small room for two person, it feels like a micehole, our stuffs was on the floor, Old furnitures, dirty bathroom, small fridge without drinkable water. At least the air conditioner worked well, but it needs a cleaning. The next shock was the food. I will be honest, the food was disgusting. Even the fruits and vegetables were tastless and not fresh. The choice was limited and bad. The same food every single day, chicken with bones in a tomato sauce or creamy sauce. For breakfast only disgusting cold cuts, a kind of sausage and cheese. I did not dare to taste many food. The flies were flying on the vegetables and meats. This summer holiday was very expensive for us because we had to eat outside of the hotel because we felt sick because of the food. The hotel staff were very unfriendly and rude. They just take your empty plate and say nothing. The drinks were undrinkable, I mean cola, fanta, sprite were tasteless because they made it from syrup. The desserts were also tasteless. At the last day we got diarrhea from the food and we talked with other people from the hotel and they got also similar disease. The cleaning ladies were shouting at 6 am and 3 pm on the corridor. We cannot sleep because of the loud conversation and shouting. We left 10 TL tip for them, but they did not do anything, the shower was the same every day. We had to ask toiletpaper every single time and had to wait for the new bath towel. If you want to drink turkish tea or coffe and would like to play billiard, you have to pay. That is what I call a perfect all inclusive hotel… At the beach you have to pay for the umbrellas and sunbeds I do not know why… There were not any lifeguard on the coast, so If you have trouble in the water you rely only yourself and the people next to you. Sometimes the waves were huge and it was unenjoyable to stay in the water. The beach was very rocky only a small part were sandy, I do not recommend for families with small kids because it is dangerous. All in all I do not recommend this hotel for anyone. We were looking forward to travel home because this place was horrible. It has a 4 star and I think it deserve only 1 star.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
