    Had recently booked this place for 13 people way in advance. But my booking was cancelled on the day of my visit. When called the resort to check. Have been informed they had given the reservation to someone with the group of size100 people. Hence my booking was cancelled. Due to non availability of rooms. It was the worst thing they could do without even informing me. Felt like cheated. But eventually I booked another resort in Vasai ...Green Hill Resort. Which was way better then this. The resort actully had multiple swimming pools with r Waterslides ...check out the place Good value for money. "Green Hill Resort" ... More

    This is the worst resort one can ever visit. The owners - Mr. Rodrigus and famliy are only money minded people.

    I have visited at least 100+ resort so far but this one was the worst of all. Honestly there was nothing correct about this resort. (1) cleanliness - 0 marks. the dishes and tea cups they serve has more dust than desert. (2)hygiene 0 marks- In poha we found big black ant dead (3) Services 0 marks- Never on time and never without multiple reminders. (4) Honesty - 0 marks - for big group they will give small rooms and if you fight they will ask extra money for additional rooms. Pathetic hotel / resort from all angles. Please do not go here if you really want decent resort , service and food.... More

    Worst Service, don't even deserve 1 star

    As there is no option to give Zero rating hence I am giving this resort one star. We have visited this resort over last weekend and we ruined our weekend mood. The hotel manager doesn't care about the guest. Pool side tables and chairs are very dirty and broken. During booking they promised to provide big room to accommodate 7 people but when we reached their, they offered a room where only 2 people can sleep and asked 1600 extra for another room. As we have no choice, we have to pay extra charges to book another room. Food quality is pathetic hence we don't even eat the food next day and left early. As part of package he provided snacks, dinner and next day breakfast and lunch. Serving plates are as well very dirty and we left the hotel early. They should treat the customers well and be polite while dealing with them. After all customer satisfaction is the key to success in hotel business. A big NO for all.... More

    Gorai Hill Resort we friends visited recently in weekend really had fun rooms was big with balcony food as good , service of the quite good swimming pool was clean and neat , music was also rocking ... good for 4 to 5 ppl group.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 AM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
