    Very bad service and unfriendly staff.

    Very bad service and unfriendly staff, including the owners. They try to stuff alot of people in small rooms, due to which they end up not having enough supplies. We were a group of 13 and they provided us with just 3 bedsheets and 8 pillows. After getting a rude reply from the staff, when we approached the owners, they started arguing and saying that we must adjust. The beds and mattresses were stinking and the AC temperature could not be adjusted as no buttons were working. In the morning there was no water coming from any of the taps, until 8 am. and only after we complained that there is no water. For a price of Rs.1500 per head they don't provide enough rooms for larger groups and there are very less dishes served in the buffet. Also their dinner is served at 11 pm. which makes it difficult for someone how is old and needs to sleep. I would strongly urge everyone to not go to this place even if it were the only place available.... More

    Very bad service we went to this resort to celebrate our friends birthday but the resort owner is very aggressive as well as you will not get water after 12:30 because they close their counter and also they don't allow us to got out and bring. At this time one of my friend was not well and we badly need a water but no one is their for help and they charge for wrong thing as well. As we went their to celebrate our friend birthday, so one of my brother came their to give a cake they also charged 1000 Rs for him this is seriously bad things. Very bad resort.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
