    I had visited in April 2015 which was really amazing hence wanted to re visit in Oct 2017. After booking though booking.com I had called up Kisna Resort and they said firstly rooms are not available hence they will revert to portal for cancellation. After 10 min I got a call back from Kisna Staff that it is available at Ground floor as per requirement of old people and I can pay on the spot before check in. I reached after a long travel at 2:30 pm I paid all amount and while check in we found one of the staff was eating in the allotted flat filled with the smell of non veg and receptionist was not knowing and requesting us to get new room at 3rd floor or wait for half an hour if same room is required.     Ridiculously over priced. They do not update information on the booking website so that when you land there you find out that the meals are not included in the tariff. The meals are ordinary and charged way beyond one's imagination. Strictly not advisable. ... More

    We stayed at Krisna Resort for one night. The cottages are quite large with a outside seating area and an attached kitchenette. In spite of a really large area they do not allow any extra beds. Our room price included dinner and breakfast. Dinner was a buffet meal. Though dinner was on till 10.30pm, when we went at 10pm most of the dishes were over. 2 friends who were not staying at the hotel inquired if they could also eat with us. They were welcomed and told they could surely join us. At the end of the meal when we asked them how much we would have to pay for the 2 extra people, they said they can't give us a bill in the night and would add it to the room. Next day during checkout we were shocked when they told us to pay close to Rs 3000 for 2 persons dinner. Though shocked we paid the amount and asked for a bill. That's when the drama started. They were not able to give us a bill for the amount that they had taken from us. We realised something was amiss and insisted on a bill. After dilly dallying we were given two bills where the total did not add up to the amount taken from us. We were told to pay an additional amount over and above the amount we had already paid. We were livid as they were clearly cheating us. When we questioned them they had no explanation. Finally they told us that they had no rates for dinner for outsiders since the meals were only for house guests. We were not told this in the night. They had obviously quoted a random figure and were struggling hard to justify it. After much argument they finally refunded part of our money. We were charged 800 + taxes for a meal where half the dishes in the buffet were over. Sad and pathetic service. The high handed attitude of the staff was the worst. They were clearly trying to make a quick buck and I'm sure had we not insisted on the bill they would never have accounted for the money they took from us. Overall it's a terrible hotel. The rooms don't lock so it's not safe at all. We had to call multiple times to get hot water in the bathroom. Pathetic hotel. Would not recommend it to anyone.... More

    We booked 2 suites in the month of June, 2017. The hotel is ideally located within the city. The suites were very spacious and clean with good service round the clock. But lots of improvement needs to be done in the buffet menu. The food quality was average and the spread was very limited. A small and basic swimming pool facility is also there but no bathrooms are provided near the pool. The pool water was full of chlorine and Alum that made swimming very difficult. The free wifi signals were very weak.... More

    Loved the place as soon as we entered the gates. Even though close to main road, the property inside has a serene effect on you...Greenery in plenty with birds chirping.... Clean swimming pool (the Best). We had booked a suite. Neat, clean rooms though the bathroom where we were tended to flood while showering.. Staff needs to be more welcoming in their behaviour instead of being un- knowledgeable. Meals are tasty. Open Dining area outside is very well done... Overall great stay and will certainly visit again. ... More

Located at a distance of 3 km from the Lonavala Railway Station, this villa in Lonavala offers internet access (surcharge) to its guests.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
